Tuesday night 10/30/18 at 10:50pm, a skinny staff member with red shirt, screamed hard at me as I was entering the laundromat. It scared the living heck out of me. When I asked what’s the problem? He replied by these exact words: “damn! Y’all see that the floor is wet, why you going to walk on it?” His outrage was because he mopped the entrance area where obviously people have to walk through to get to the laundry machines, but I’m assuming he doesn’t get that part of the business. I was shocked! Never have I ever been in a situation such as this. Shortly after I put my clothes in the dryer, I asked him for a manager and he replied by saying that HE is the manager. At this point I had no choice but to write here. I hope no one else was treated badly and I hope that this guy learns to not let his feeling take control of him, especially when working directly with customers.

Compared to others, WAY over priced, and clothes come out dripping wet, so I'm sure drying is costing more than it should. Go somewhere else and save $$. There's a reason the other places are so much busier.

The Dryers don't dry good at all. For the amount of quarters and time wasted at here. You're better off going to a different Landry Matt. Also it's high way robbery for a soda in the vending machine.

Huge facility, many different size washing machines and dryers, plenty tables to fold your laundry near dryers. A attendant on staff keeping the facility clean. Restroom within facility.. Several change machines to produce coin change for machines. Also have area of snack and drink venting machines.. I went on a busy day of the week still had enough table space to fold my clothes near my dryer. Plenty carts you can use to assist you.

small washers $3.50 large washers $5.75 . not sure about the mega washers. anyways, I was able to wash about 5 loads of clothes split into two large washers. great while my washer at home is being repaired. clean facility, t.v. and snack vending machines. great staff!

Arrived to do laundry at 0221 am on 12/7/18. All doors were locked and the 2 people inside pointedly ignored me when I attempted to get someone’s attention. Obviously this place is not truly a 24 hour facility if they do not allow access at 2am.

It was my first time here at this laundromat. I usually have a place that I go to but it was packed so I wondered what bad could come out of it. I regret every thought that I wasted on this laundromat. The staff were very rude, at first glance the place seemed spacious and clean. When you’re there longer, you get to see the true colors. I would not recommend. A worker threatened me, he said, I quote “What’s your problem?!”. I will never go there again.
