I come here often. I like the fact that its always clean and not too crowded. The staff is always helpful as well. Compared to the laundromat I use to visit the prices are about $1.00 higher but its ok.

I'm currently at this joker and the machine shorts me A quarter as I assumed it's not uncommon. But the joker working says to me ugh how well if I knew how I would have prevented it. He didn't even bother trying to apologize and his accent made it hard to understand. But the demeanor was quite nasty. I went to call and no numb is listed to leave a msg. Hire someone one with A more accommodating customer service demeanor.

This has been my favorite laundromat for years. The ladies at Sudsville are constantly cleaning everything. Even the bathrooms here are spotless! Machines are continuously updated and wash well. They have well-stocked drink and snack machines. And also keep it nice and cool in the summer, which is a blessing!

Disclaimer: I have a general dislike 4 public laundry facilities. However, this one was clean with MANY washers & dryers. At least 5 different washing machine sizes. I didn't realize (and strongly disliked) it was cash only!!! AND it all has 2 b broken down n2 quarters!

Been going here for 5 years. Normally at night.... Do to I work during the day ... Today, August 29, 2018 , 9:15am , After putting my laundry in machine and starting the machine , I went to use toilet and put clean clothes on, WHEN I get to bathroom, the door is locked... I thought about it for a second , and the woman said, " YOUR KIND " can't use the restrooms unless your washing laundry ..... Well I was fit to be untied when this woman had nerve to talk to me like that.... So a argument fell out about my kind what is my kind? And after walking away from her and going and doing my thing and coming back she said can't just let people walk in here and use the bathrooms. I'm thinking if I walked in here and put my laundry in the machine and put quarters in the machine and you didn't see all that you got problems. Not me.. She said I look and smell dirty that is what my kind is homeless people... I'm not even homeless I own a business I'm out of state working I come down to DC every summer to work I just had two strokes I'm not feeling good .... IF LIKE THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE WHO HAS NO CONTACT NUMBER ON BUILDING TO CALL ME .. I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS WOMAN

Worst place was here today Sunday attendant RUDE, mind you I've never been here and it's been 10 years since I've been to a laundry mat. Had problems with machine, his response, "I dont have time for this, should have used different machines." HORRIBLE won't be back, this guy isn't doing you any favors being here....

Update: 1/25/19..... I wrote a review about 6 months ago and things have only changed a "little". But it's a BIG "little" and I'm writing it here to see if anyone else has noticed that the machines dont spin as well as they did previously. I find myself dumping quarter after quarter after quarter in an effort to dry clothes. Was 5 stars. Now 4 stars. 6/1/2019 I've now been to Sudsville 4 times. If withheld reviewing so I wouldn't have to recant and update my review as I did with 2 other close by coin laundries. First, Sudsville is convenient. Its open 24 hours a day. Then its clean. VERY CLEAN!!!! Inside and out. NEXT, the machines actually wash and rinse your clothes. If you are familiar with the area, Kenilworth Avenue is riddled with Hispanic coin laundries that leave your clothes smelling like sulfur. Sudsville is slightly more expensive but value wise cannot be topped in this area. They still use quarters in the washer and dryers.... somewhat antiquated, but I will deal with that to have machines that work properly and great customer service.
