Nothing but constant problems lately with the Huebsch app not connecting properly. The app will "pay" and take my money, but then won't add time to the machines or will not connect in the first place. It used to work, so all of my laundry money has been loaded into the app for the past 2 weeks, and I can't access it. There's never an employee or manager here any of the random days or times that I come here to wash clothes. Very frustrating overall. Would love to change this review, because the facility itself is pleasant to be in, and generally clean. They also have a "public" restroom that is ALWAYS LOCKED. What is even the point of having it. The only time I've been able to use it was when a service person was there and let my daughter and I in.

Good place to wash and dry clothes. Very busy environment. Last time I went to the bathroom, the owner forgot to fill up the soap dispenser for washing hands.

Absolutely filthy and unkempt. I have been going to this laundromat for years and it used to be kept clean and very well maintained. Went in there recently and left feeling dirtier than when I had clothing to wash. The floor had literal (small animal) feces on it and appears to have been recently flooded; punctuated by everyone's muddy footsteps. Another customer told me while I was there that they called the emergency number and no one answered. The televisions have displayed nothing for months, and I do not plan to return to the Virginia Avenue location.

Love the place! It's clean and the washers and dryers are more modern. My washer broke down and until I can fix/ replace it, I'll keep using this laundromat.

The establishment is clean and the machines work well. Dryers are hot.. So my clothes dry in a timely fashion.

I stopped here after work to wash and had no cash but did have my Spot Laundry card. I didn't know I couldn't use at this location. So I had to download app and load $$ from my debit card. The washers did not sync through App so I left with dirty clothes. The chat did not work while I was there so I attempted on another day. As it said chat w/ agent or an attendant, there was no attendant. I had to try the chat another day. I was told the location was offline. I am still waiting on my funds to be returned and still don't have any contact or customer service number to dial for assistance.

I had never been to a laundromat like this before. I always thought you dropped your laundry off at "special" places for that...lol. I think it's ingenious to combine the 2. The place is always immaculate. The price is slightly higher than your run of the mill laundromat, but the perks are well worth it. If something goes wrong with a machine, there's someone there to help you until 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. you don't use cash at this location, you load money on what amounts to a special debit card. There are vending machines there with actual food! Parents can bring their kids there and if the kids get hungry they don't have to be loaded up on stale chips and candy bars. There are also couple TVs (large) so you can find out what's going on in the world while you fold your socks!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there are problems checking the balance on your card. It's great if it happens before the attendant leaves because they are always happy to assist you. But I seem to do y laundry after they have left. I thought it was just me until I started noticing others having the same problem. But, hey!! if that's the only complaint I have about a pace, they must be doing fantastic!

I found this laundromat after my dryer broke down. To my surprise it was very clean, all the machines worked and it had a bathroom which was surprisingly clean as well.

This morning was my first time at this laundromat. I arrived a few minutes after opening and the place was a mess. Trash on the floor, trash cans full, carts everywhere, full washers left overnight and bathroom so bad it was unusable, and no attendant on site. From the mission statement on their website I definitely expected a lot better than this. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the washers and dryers were in excellent shape and I was impressed with speed and efficiency. Quite disappointed.

The very grumpy attendant made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The laundry itself was very clean and all the machines looked new. However having an old man glare at me and look very angry that there were people in the laundry convinced me to never come back.
