This is their second location I have been to. I often go to their location in Martinsburg and found this location while in the area shopping. They really know what they are doing. Just like their location in Martinsburg, this laundromat is amazing. Very impressive. They are competively priced for washers and dryers if you do laundry yourself or they have drop off service as well. I was greeted as soon as I entered the building and asked how they can help me. It is difficult to find this type of service these days. Of course the place was immaculately clean. Highly recommend anyone in the Hagerstown area to stop in and see this Laundromat.

This laundromat is quite nice. They've got a very helpful staff. I love using the reloadable spot card for the machines rather than change. For each size washer, you earn 1-3 dries that are 7 minutes each and you gradually earn a free wash. They've got free wifi, TVs, vending machines for snacks/laundry detergent, softener, etc.(both use spot cards for purchase) and they have a laundry dropoff service. My absolute favorite thing about this place is that every time I've been there, they've not been busy at all. There's usually no more than 1-2 other customers on the mornings I've been. The one thing I slightly dislike are prices, they can vary by 25 cents per temperature but honestly that's more of a nitpick. So... TL;DR? Clean, nice staff, no quarters needed, spot cards are nifty & easy to use, free 7 minute dry w/ every wash, earn points for a free wash and free wifi.

Review: One side of the laundry mat was used up by 1 lady. All the machines are used by her. Had boxes of sheets and too many people in there to try to do there clothes. At least she could have shared some of the machines.. Had to leave And go to another laundry mat to dry my clothes.

I've used this laundromat 3 times and every time I've been here it's been super clean.. My friend loaded the washers for me while I got more laundry from my car and he accidentally started the wrong washer and it was a 8.00$ one instead of the 4.00$ one I was using.. The lady who was working that morning couldn't refund my money til the owners came in and I had to be at work and could not wait til they came in to get the 8.00$ refunded... Other than the mishap I had on this one trip there I've always had nothing but a great laundromat experience here... I will come back again I wish that this place was open 24-7 cause I work 2 jobs and alot if the times it's very late or early in the morning when I get time to do my wash.. I'd rather come here but it's not always open when I need to do the wash... but all in all it's a very clean and very well run business and I will come back here and I have told friends and family about ur establishment and recommended it to everyone I know... thank u for havin a nice ,clean, and well run business...

one of the nicest laundromats i have been to. machines are super clean and easy to use. they have a card u can purchase with cash or a credit card. they also have a wash and fold service. for the wash and fold service they can also pick up ur laundry or i can drop it off. they also have a rush service at an extra cost of course. i will give their pick up service a try one of these days when i'm feeling lazy

The good: new, clean, well-lit, staff will help you IF you ask. Larger machines are wicked quick. The not so good: all machines take *only* a laundry card with funds you load on it – the card itself is no charge, but the machine that generates the card will not take change so watch out for overpaying if you do not use this facility frequently. Also, the card reader intakes on the actual washing machines are very finicky - DO NOT for any reason swipe the card multiple times, or you WILL be charged!!! You must load, put in detergent, softener, etc. and close the door and push the handle in fully BEFORE you swipe your card. Staff will not tell you this even if you tell them you are brand-new and unfamiliar with the machines. However, if you inadvertently get charged multiple times, they will refund your money if you insist.

This was my 1st visit to this location. It's nice inside and has plenty of washers and dryers....I have 2 complaints....the first one is that people are taking over the folding tables when they just put their stuff in the washers, second is you don't need to hold onto a cart when your laundry was just put in the washer. The woman that took over a folding table when she had just put her laundry in the washer took her 2 laundry baskets and detergent and fabric softener and spaces it out on a folding table so no one else could use it. The woman that was hogging a cart had her purse and coat in the cart....again she just put her laundry in the washer.

Excellent laundromat! I love this place! Super clean! Many different sized washing machines including an XXXL that I'd never seen before. They use a card instead of quarters to avoid break-ins and have several vending machines for whatever you may need...extra detergent, fabric softener or a snack and beverage.

This is my favorite laundromat! Location kinda sucks bcuz its a ways out of town. If you dont have a car you won't make it there. But it is super clean. And it actually has employees that can help you. It also has a restroom. Prices are decent. Also it uses a laundry card instead of quarters. So dont forget to bring cash to put money on the laundry card.

I love coming here to do my laundry. But lately I don’t know what they did to the dryers. The dryers don’t get hot enough, so you end up spending more money drying your clothes. Even a small load takes forever to dry. It’s so annoying. So it’s really no free drys coz you spend more money anyway and more time at the laundromat.hope they fix this issue or I’ll just go somewhere else to do my laundry.

Had a great time today!! We always enjoy our time when we come to do our laundry. The place is always clean and everything is in working order. If a machine is broke, it's usually fixed by the time we come back. The staff is amazing and always willing to help out where needed. I would definitely recommend you come over to the Salem Avenue location especially today. They treat you like you are a one of a kind special person. They treat the military veterans with all the respect they deserve as well. It's National Laundry Day and they are celebrating here!! They are doing half off washing machines and free dryers. They also have drawings, food, and other stuff going on.

I don't use laundry machines often, but had to this past weekend. The place is clean, the machines work well and consist of a great selection, and the prices are fair. The card process simplifies the payment process for use, but don't overpay on it because you can't get it back. The only staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. The lack of bathrooms is a big drawback, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, great facility.

It’s a nice size laundromat that is kept very clean which is extremely important to me. The tables provided to fold your laundry helps a lot. They have a machine to create your own laundry card, you put your money (cash/card) onto the card and use that as payment. You can even use that card for their vending machines too. Will use this place again.

I've been coming here for about a year as needed for my larger comforters. Every time I come, the facility is nearly spotless, staff is friendly and there are plenty of machines that allow you to still wash and dry in a timely manner. The convenice of the reloadable cards makes its much easier than counting quarters as well. I drive past a lot of other facilities just to come to this one on the other side of town. Very impressed with Spot Laundry!

It’s a nice size laundromat. The place is clean, with the tables for you to fold your laundry, I think the largest washer is a 60 lb which is HUGE. If you have a rug or blanket it should fit. They have machines for you to put your money (cash/card) onto a laundry card. I like that you can use that laundry card for their vending machine too.

When I first started doing my laundry here, loved the place. Now, I dislike it more every time I go there. The same Hispanic lady works everytime. I had a problem w $15 disappearing from my laundry card. The employee basically said I'm SOL? The same lady holds very loud and lengthy conversations with Hispanic customers. I find it rude, especially when customers are waiting on her. I no longer go here to do my laundry

I have liked this place ever since I known about it I have never had to worry about a washer/dryer not working. It does get crowded though. I don't believe it a place for kids to be running around as I have seen last couple times I been in there. But staff are friendly n helpful.

I used to hate the fact that my I had to go to the laundromat to wash clothes, but this place alleviates any discomfort or uncertainty I have it's always clean, staff is on duty and always pleasant, and what better way to pay than electronically!
