I have a small massage practice and as I’m getting busier trying to find ways to save time so, I decided to try out the drop off laundry service. When I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest woman who was so willing to share with me the options and pricing. I figured it would take at least 24 hours if not 48, I was surprised when I got a call at 8 am that my laundry was done 12 hours before she had promised it would be done. The laundry looks clean and they happen to fold the same way I do, so it was well worth the money. I will continue to use them!

This place is sadly appropriately named. The dryers here damage my clothing, leaving bleached out spots. I won't be coming here again. Edited to respond to the owner: Per my original posting, I have not nor have ever utilized your washing machines. I am only referring to your dryers. Your dryers are what produced damage on several articles of my clothing. While I appreciate that extra care should be taken regarding bleach in public washing machines, that isn't the issue here.

You can do your laundry or you can leave your laundry and they do it for you. is a big place and they have different option for load 20lb, 40lb,55lb and 75 lb

Look the picture I add. Laundry machine have to have water, as other machine I saw. Pennsylvania, and Virginia used water. Spot Laundry clean your clothes without water!. Horrible, fatal laundry! All machines not taking water, and the water is in the bottom. You have to wash 3 pieces of clothes so the water will touch your clothes. I went upstairs, and I see the $450 load washing without water either. I stop in Sterling location, and clean all my clothes again. My clothes still with soap after I visit Spot Laundry in Frederick, MD. All those machines are adjusted in the water pressure. They are not washing, and not rinsing your clothes! If I suffer with skin allergies for soap chemical, I sue this laundry. OWNER- Do not ajusted the water pressure, everything have a time. 3 min wash, 3 min rince....think! If he does not open the water pressure, my clothes were dry in the middle. My clothes had soap, and I smelled like soap! It was not rinsed. OWNERS DID YOU TAKE A SHOWER EVERY DAY OR ARE YOU CHEAP?i

Looking to wash at a laundromat for the first time in over twenty years I stopped by one in the area and walked right out I came to this laundromat and was very impressed with the cleanliness of rhe facility and friendliness of the onsite staff. I will definitely be back for my next load

This place is not only full of friendly folks who work there, but, the clothes we get back are clean, folded, ironed, and it's not too expensive to have laundry dropped off ... so that we arent spending half a sunday doing laundry! And did I say friendly? I know their names and they know ours! When we come in, the're happy to see us! They match up all the socks, and they make it easy to get home and put stuff away properly. We've given up doing laundry except for the occasional small load. And if you dropoff your stuff on the weekday, it's a scosche cheaper. They always ask when I want my stuff back, and I know they'll get to it pretty quickly, so I dont have a preference. But even when I say tomorrow night or the next day- they're calling us later on the dropoff day, or the next mid-day. Easy peasy. I wish everything worked so well. And the people who work there are super nice!

It would be five stars ................. but .................. they did not follow their own sign. It says that uncontrolled children will be asked to leave immediately. Well, there were kids playing on the ramp and blocking the way, screaming, running and treating it as a playground. The parents glare at me when I glare at their misbehaving kids. Well, if you all take responsibility for your kids, then, I would not glare. Now, the attendant was very nice and hospitable with my questions about washing machines I was not too sure about. The dryers could have been a bit hotter but I guess when I went on a Sunday around 1800 hours, then, that would be expected due to the lint build up in the traps. Very nice prices. It was cleaner than a hospital's operating room. I will have to go when it is less crowded.

Dryer #141 burned my favorite blanket and MANY other items. The washers also didnt get my clothes as clean as I'd expect, and I always under fill them against my fiance's recommendation

Huge washing machines, massive dryers- Spot Laundromat is a great place to get a ton on laundry done quickly. Would revisit- great for comforter cleaning.

Facility itself is amazing! Great quality machines, plenty of space and wonderful system. By system I mean its a card you add value to instead of using coins. The staff is amazing as well! They keep the facility clean and tidy. The ONLY reason I took two stars was because it is FREEZING in there. I tried waiting for my load to finish but I couldn't. Its winter time and its as cold inside as it is outside.
