Recently reached out to the Rinse support team to request a refund for a dress that was less than adequately cleaned and after 48 hours I still haven’t received a response. This company has lost my business. Don’t chance it with this company.

The first 2 times I used Rinse were great. However, the third time I sent one comforter in for cleaning, Rinse mistakenly charged me for 2 comforters. When I finally got them to realize that I’d been overcharged, I was told that my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. After checking my account 6 business days later, and confirming that I had not received my refund, I contacted Rinse again only to find that they had not processed my refund at all. Now I’ve been told I have to wait an additional 5 business days to get my money back. VERY disappointed with the level of service and will more than likely no longer use Rinse.

These guys will literally destroy your clothes if you make an appointment with them. Not only did my clothes come back unfolded and wrinkled some of my clothes had holes and colors were faded.

Never use Rinse. They are fake company and won't even stop by to pick up your clothes. Not worth the time or headache.

Quick, reliable service, friendly staff, very convenient especially if you lead a busy life and don't have time during the day to drop off/pick up dry cleaning! Have always had a great experience with Rinse!

Updated Review: 8/15 After my previous review of Rinse, I received an email from Cathy, a Customer Care Manager. She looked into the matter, cleared up the miscommunication from their end, and acknowledged the mistakes made. I appreciate that they owned their mistakes and then did all they could to remedy it. I wish it would have come sooner - before I had to write a poor review, but since the debt collection didn't actually affect my credit score, I'm willing to move past it. I've always had a positive experience with the pick up and drop off. I'll willing to give them another try. Preview Review: 8/5 Generally, I've had a good experience with Rinse. However, there was a billing issue that I tried numerous times to fix, including emailing, calling, and tweeting at them. I got sporadic responses that someone would reach out to me and fix the problem - that didn't happen. Now suddenly I'm getting calls from a bill collector. As soon as I can track someone down to speak with and resolve this issue, I will be canceling Rinse for good.

Rinse are nothing short of amazing. Free pick up and delivery of your dirty clothes, reminder calls to make sure you are home when they drop off your clothes and all that for less than it costs to take my clothes to the local dry cleaners. I have nothing but love for Rinse.

Don't Use This Service - they will destroy your clothing! I had someone throw up on me in a bar and needed to get my winter coat dry cleaned asap. Got 48 hour turnaround and they texted me 48 hours later to let me know that they won't accept my clothing and are returning it "as-is." After letting my clothing uncleaned in vomit for two days, they'll hand it back to me. A number of texts with the customer service resulted in no help. I explained my clothing could be ruined and they told me they'd elevate it, make process improvements, and give me $10 credit. They clearly have no control over their partner cleaners and don't care if they return to you dirty clothing or ruin your clothing. Since my clothing is probably irreparably destroyed, I think I'll go to a brick and mortar next time. In summary, this is a service to get your shirts pressed - for anything else, go to a real cleaners - unless you don't care about your clothing. Not a good new year's service or one for parents.

Rinse service is important for me because I have boxes of smelly old clothes. The laundry machine were public commercial laundry machine. I am a little bit germaphobic, so Rinse provides service for cheap wash and fold, pick up and delivery and dry clean in white and black huge bags. Rinse is a household solution at this point. For my case Rinse usually pick up and deliver in the evening between 2 hours after picking up 2-3 days for standard speed. The time span is still not bad compared to most delivery services. Delivery/pick up time were very reliable and need to pay attention to cell phone. Recommend.

As busy Govt official I needed a responsible service to handle my laundry needs. This service was providing quality service until I made the mistake of not checking the hidden ZIPPERED pocket of a jacket. $$$$$ Gone not accounted for. It was suggested loose items that may fall out are kept and returned. The difference in this case is it wasn't loose and it did not fall out. I'm a University of Virginia Alumni so I know the value of the honor system.
