Miracle worker is how I would describe Ed! I was going to throw my top away that was stained and a local dress shop owner suggested I try Perfectly Pressed. He had a customer who had success with a stain on her dress that no dry cleaner would touch. Ed was able to get her stain out and mine, too! I just found my new dry cleaner!

I've been using Perfectly Pressed for about two years now. For convenience, quality, and value it's the best dry cleaning service I've ever had. However it's the outstanding customer service that made me want to write this review. Example: When Dad sent his trousers in for cleaning with his wallet still in the pocket, the President of the company personally drove to Dad's home to return it. A desire to provide the best customer service resonates in everything they do. 5 stars for everything else. 10 stars for the customer service.
