It’s convenient, it’s easy and it’s not expensive. My laundry leaves in their bag dirty and comes clean and folded. Occasionally they do mix up my laundry with others but that’s minimal. update: To the person who responded to my review I gave you 5 stars which is more than you actually deserve and you’re going to respond back contradicting me? It’s true there is a little something extra every time my laundry is delivered such as this past week I received someone’s Raven’s hand towel. Who’s missing that? I’m kind enough to return these items with notes attached but what about the items I’m missing? I love having the service but your response to my previous 5 star review was unprofessional when there’s an obvious commingling of people’s laundry. I’ve called and left messages to get no response in return. You can continue to be unprofessional and ignore me or you could turn this now complaint And a mid grade review back into a 5 star review. Your choice however the choice after that is mine. My complaint has since been resolved and hopefully the commingling of my laundry has been resolved as well.

There are those of us who are busy in life and are looking for services to help us in making things easier, I.E. grocery, pharmacy or laundry delivery services. We look for and pay for these types of services to help save some of our time during the day where we can make it matter more elsewhere. With this being said, I would like to put out there a word of caution for current and future clients – BE VERY CAUTIOUS of using their services. After being a client of theirs for almost a year now, there are many issues with this company that need to be brought to light before choosing them. In the past 6 months of using their services, they have lost multiple items of our clothes, decided to change how our clothes are cleaned, increased charges on the bill by 40%, and wasted hours of my time trying to get it all fixed. One of the worst parts about all of this is just trying to get ahold of anybody that works there. When you call the number they have listed, every time you will get a voicemail and someone having to call you back. Sometimes, you have to call for multiple days just to have someone call you back. Then, when the lady from the office does call you back, she normally tells you it’s something she can’t handle, and you must talk to the owner. The owner, who I’ve been trying to work with this entire time, is very unresponsive; he doesn’t reply to emails and got mad at an employee for providing his number to us so we could call and find out where our missing clothes were. Then you get to hear usual excuses that I just started. This is issue is before me. They have just switched owners recently and the new owner is not making things any better. Same issues are still there – lack of communication, taking forever to get replies. Out of all of this nonsense, headache and stress, all they offered was $20 for 2 missing dress shirts and a pair of dress pants. If new owner wants to hold prior owner then all these are internal to you. Settle it internally. Do not penalize your customer. Make sure if you decide to use this company that you have a lot of time on your hands. You will need extra time to document and take pictures of ALL the clothes you send to them and then some more time when you get them back to make sure it’s all there. They require that if something is missing, that YOU must have a picture of it to prove it. The other piece you need to always look at, is the bill and making sure it’s correct. I have only looked at my recent bills to find I’m being billed incorrectly, which took me months to fix. I am not sure how many times in the past I am over billed. For a service that is supposed to be time saving, you do end up having to take more time in auditing your clothing and bill. I am just trying to help you out, so you don’t go through the 6-mo headache, stress and battle I have gone through with them.

With a family of 6, we have 4-5 loads a week. Several hours sorting, washing, folding and putting away. My Laundry Delivered is a game changer. Tonight I spent 10 minutes putting away freshly washed and folded clothes. For about $35 a week, I now have more time to relax, spend with the kiddos and hubby and NOT STRESS about the mountain of laundry waiting for me each Saturday. This service is incredibly convenient with its flexible pick-up and drop-off options. You can also create a profile to reflect exactly how you would like for your items to be washed, dried, and folded, including water temperature, brand of detergent, bleach, softener, and dryer sheets. In addition, the owner, Mark, is professional and prompt in his communications. We couldn't be happier!

Every time my clothes were returned buttons were broken off and/or they were stained. At least 1 shirt each time, often times multiple. I stopped sending my clothes out to them and have asked to be removed from text distribution but they refuse.

This service started out as a great idea. Several weeks into our program the driver would come earlier and earlier causing us to miss our pickup time. Then we began to notice clothing getting damaged. My sauna vest was returned melted. I didn’t complain about it thinking it was a simple mistake. Then the draw strings from all of my wife’s workout outfits were missing. They only replaced a few and never fixed the others. Then we began noticing there was no stain remover used because our children’s clothes returned the same as they left but had been washed and folded. Last but not least, all of my Adidas gym and workout clothing began to not be returned each week. I am now missing entire sweat suits. These things are expensive and I have to replace them since I go to the gym twice a day. I have tried to reach them by phone and by email just to get a voicemail. I have called sometimes for more than a week multiple times a day and sent emails to no avail. They refuse to return you calls until they feel like it and no email will get returned. There is no address to go get your missing items if they take them. My family has been hurt by this service and this company has the worst customer service. WARNING!!!! They will loose your items or destroy them and will not return your calls. Should be called laundry at your own risk.

They lost my clothes and never returned my calls or email. If you value your clothes, don’t trust them-use another company. When I actually got someone on the phone, they said they’d call me back in 10 minutes but never did. I’m still waiting for a response from them as it’s been over a week since my clothes were supposed to be delivered. In the meantime, I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They couldn’t even give me the decency of a call back or provide any explanation. Very unprofessional of them. I’m so disappointed. Total rip off. They were good at the beginning but now I regret choosing this company or trusting them with my laundry. Do not make the same mistake I did. I will gladly remove this review and rating if my clothes are returned and I receive a response from the company. UPDATE: Response to owner's response-Interesting you can respond to me online but cannot call me back. Actually, none of what you said is correct. You never sent me that email response (very nice replica though) or called me or left any voice messages. If so, I'm sure you'd be able to provide the dates and times you called as I can for each time I actually called you. I also just talked to someone on your staff who was able to locate my lost clothes (which she said were delivered to the wrong address) and she will be delivering them to me tomorrow. I have video of the delivery so unlike your claims, I already knew the hangers were not delivered to me, which is why I was reaching out in the first place. Also, you should not post your customers' personal contact information online. Please take it down immediately. I cannot believe that you feel it is acceptable to respond in the way that you have to this very simple transaction. It is very sad you chose to do this because it could have been resolved very easily. Not responding to customer concerns and misrepresenting your actions is a very unprofessional and unethical way to run your business. As promised to your admin, I will remove this post after my clothes are returned.
