I scheduled two appointments for Molly Maid to come and do an initial cleaning. The first date I was "missed" being put on the schedule. I was scheduled again for an initial cleaning, i emailed and confirmed the day prior for arrival time, was given a time frame of 12 to 130pm. At 205 i emailed stating that the cleaning crew had not shown up. At 3pm i called corporate as well as the local office number and no one answered anywhere after several calls. Completely disappointed.

I love coming home to a clean (great smelling) house once a month when I have my house cleaned by Molly Maid. I love that my bathrooms and kitchens are spotless! I also like that I do not have to crate my dog when Molly Maids comes to clean. Many other companies do not allow this. Molly Maid is wonderful!
