The three friendly staff members arrived on time and provided a very thorough cleaning of my vacant three bedroom home (1200 sq.ft./no basement). The staff was transparent about not cleaning appliances. I was ok with that; however, I definitely would use their services again and recommend.

I schedule a surprise cleaning for my sister who I live with, and who has OCD really bad. Molly Maid Team #3, came and did a wonderful job. They were scheduled to clean the entire house except for my sister room. When my sister came home that night she noticed that a cleaning company had been here, because she knew that was to much cleaning for me, because I'm handicapp. Long story short, we both was satisfied with the company, and will be coming back this Monday to do my sister's room. All I can say is these ladies clean the HELL OUTTA my home. My wife suffers from chronic Asthma so dusting is essential. By the time they are done the place is so clean you can smell it and feel the difference when you breathe. Worth Every Penny.. Thank you for your continued service to my home. Eric Team 3 did an excellent job in my home today. I had my insulation in the attic removed and replaced two days ago and the house needed a thorough cleaning. All of the excess insulation is gone, and the house is cleaned to perfection, smells good. Nina leads a very good team the house was left secured and the alarm system active. I was very pleased with the service provided and would recommend molly maid to all my friends.

Wendy and Juana are the best. Clean my house so well. That at 9pm at night 6.5 hours after they left still smell the cleanliness in the air and see the vacuum cleaner streaks. I want them back for the next and the next and the next visit. Mr. Walker you have a great team there hold on to them.

I had contacted Molly Maids because I was interested getting my house deep cleaned as apart of my spring/summer cleaning. I had requested the morning(8a-12p) appointment. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners were late and did not arrive until 1p. They did an okay job but nothing spectacular. I was quoted one rate and charged another. Did not be using again.

Alejandra's Team is the BEST. Other teams are good, but don't really do great on kitchen floors. Alejandra's team will vacuum under couch cushions which is great with kids. I think her work far exceeds the cost of the cleaning.

The service rendered was poor. I informed the owners son of what I needed and he ensured me that it will be done. The day of the service 3 ladies entered our home and my husband again explained what was needed. He walked the lead person around the house an showed her what was to be done. After, they finished we found that half of what we asked for was done. The floors was mopped with water only after told by the owner's son that they will use something like a Murphy's Oil on our hardwood. The same thing with our laundry room floor no wax was used just water. The window in the laundry wasn't touched and that was the main item for the service in the first place (the window areas). The ladies were 20 minutes late in addition. I called the owner but got the main office in Va., they said they would leave a message for the company responsible for our area (Beltsville, Md). I never received a call back and it has now been four days. I would not recommend this company to anybody looking for cleaning services.

The workers were very professional and friendly. The service was super fast and the finish outcome was worth every penny. However they didn't clean my refrigerator or oven. The person who came to inspect their work notice the unclean areas and cleaned them herself. Overall i will use them again and refer them to my friends.
