I recently had Mid-Atlantic Power Washing come clean the exterior of my home. I had never had it cleaned before, so it had a lot of mold and build up. The crew came out and used hot water to clean the mold from the sidewalk/stoop area and used low pressure to clean the siding. They took great care of my older farm house. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic Power Washing to anyone!

Estimate process a disappointment. Courteous rep arrived on time but very limited in knowledge of service (chemicals used, ladders or not, etc.). Did not leave card. No estimate provided next day as promised. Front office did not return follow-up call. A surprise given good reviews.

I was a little startled that their pricing was so affordable, and the results were exceptional. So the value is definitely there. But it's their people who make this such an uncommon company. From the front office to the crew doing the work, their communication was clear and timely. They adjusted their schedule to mine several times. They even brought a block of wood to do a stain test, making sure they were matching the current color of my deck. A pleasure to come across them and now recommend them with confidence to others.

Overall we were extremely pleased with the results of our power washing and roof cleaning. The only thing we felt was that a little bit of cleanup of the roof chemicals wasn’t done well enough which left some nasty smelling stains we had to wash off in various places. When you hit the chemical with the hose it foams and smells bad. Nevertheless I would not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them.

This was my neighbor and my first time doing anything to our decks and we are so glad we went with Mid-Atlantic to power wash and stain them! They were the most fair and honest out of all the estimates we got, and Rob explained and answered our countless questions with utmost patience (which is not easy lol). The crew was great when they came out; timely and professional. The weather did not cooperate but Rob kept in contact with us and came out the very next clear day to finish the job. Decks and fences look awesome, HIGHLY recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.

Mid-Atlantic Power Washing is awesome. They recently cleaned and repainted our decks. Their bid was 1/3 the price of their closest competitor. I asked a lot of questions to ensure I had comparable quotes. Mid-Atlantic’s bid included more work than their competitors. We had unexpected rain that caused some issues with the paint, but Mid-Atlantic came back out and repaired the damage to the paint with no question. This is a first class operation, run by caring people snd skilled craftsmen. They’re on my speed dial for power washing and painting.
