The cleaners do a good job most of the time. They have always been honest and pleasant to work with. I know the women need a fair wage and the owners to make a fair profit. But, please don’t price your company out of reach for customers. You raised your price last year and again this year. Is that going to be the pattern?

If I need to make an adjustment to which rooms I need cleaned, it's given a no problem and it happens. They make you sign a contract that they don't uphold. I can't tell you how many times I have had my house cleaned and it was NOT dusted at all!! I have called so many times and it keeps happening. I can't cancel because I have to pay them $400. They don't even clean well and I have to pay them!! Worst company EVER. Would never use or recommend to anyone.

Have had Merry Maids for about a year. They have conscientious, thorough cleaning service folks who do an excellent job. Always happy with results. Each crew has a person who reads and speaks English, making it easy for me to identify where I need specific cleaning focus in the house. Merry Maids screens and hires its own workers, pays benefits, and has long-term employees. Any new team or worker, before they leave your house, gets a walk-through by a professional from the company to make sure job was done right. Well worth the price to get consistent results from each cleaning team, and to have my own peace of mind that companies who employ these folks are treating them fairly.

The maids were very good with cleaning. They reached up for the cobwebs, brushed down drapes, did the sideboards, top of pictures/door frames. They got it all. They were quiet & efficient. I have no problems with them. It's the intake and pricing that I have a problem with. The person assessing my house missed the laundry room (which my son pointed out) so it's $5.00 more to clean it. This room is small. I'm not happy that they are adding more money. Also, the downstairs family room was not real, because my son said do not clean my bedroom. The bedroom is a separate room than the family room. Hopefully the next cleaning will include all of the house (minus one bedroom).

She always thinks to ask if we have guests in the basement in case our grand baby or other visitors are sleeping. I didn't even get to the cleaning part, customer service is terrible. The website said I could set up an in home estimate and when I contacted them everytime I called they would hang up. I finally got hold of someone through email. A Ms. Fabiola contacted me and she flat out told me it was $120 per hour and that was for a recurring service. Not once did she even mention if I would like the in home estimate. Well after that I did some research, talked to a few friends they told me that the maids do a rush job. No way Jose! For that price, take your money elsewhere!

I did not get very good service from them. They clean things right, but I was not warned beforehand they would not clean the walls. This was a disappointment since I was counting on them cleaning the walls. Then, they also refused to clean the balcony, that only needed a quick wash, pretexting that for some reason they could not or were not able to put water on the balcony to clean it (??). At that point, the language was clearly an issue as well for a good understanding between the maids and myself. I was overall disappointed and felt I was not provided a service that met my expectations for the hefty amount I paid. I will go to their competitors next time.

I would give 4.5 stars to this crew. Few minor details about the deep clean: some tables downstairs with glass weren't dusted and the telescopic duster looked like it missed a few places. However, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless.

Nancy and Sarai arrived at our "very dusty" condominium around noon yesterday afternoon and left me with a completely positive attitude; because we're now living in a dust-free and clean condominium, with the two bathrooms cleaned and I'll now be able to wrap and place any of our many items that were on our shelving unit, end tables and any other items that are on dressers in our two bedrooms and even the other mismatches in my computer room into boxes free from dust when we move prior to December 6th, when I'm going to have a ROBOTIC HALF LEFT KNEE surgical implanted. It was not an easy task, because the house was very dirty, and required a lot of work. I was very pleased with what Merry Maids accomplished. The crew arrive on schedule and finished on schedule. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing.

I'm a wedding planner, and I recently had a couple hire a team from Merry Maids to polish up their wedding venue (similar to an at-home wedding) prior to their guests' arrival. Merry Maids was easy to communicate with prior to the wedding day, and the cleaning team arrived on time and ready to go. They had every space looking great before they left, in spite of having to work around a large wedding party and a lot of bustle. They were polite, responsive, and all around awesome. I'd recommend them without reservation.

They are the worst cleaning service. Too expensive, they don’t speak English, and they don’t know how to clean. They make you sign a contract but they don’t keep their end of the deal. Fabiola is rude and not customer service oriented. I will never use them again and will make sure to tell all my friends not to use them.
