When I researched having my home power washed I found MD Power Wash's website to be detailed and informative. I requested a quote on line (on a Sunday) and within 2 hours I received a detailed estimate with a comprehensive explanation about each service I was interested in. Very straight forward. I had 1 or 2 questions about scheduling the service and when I called they immediately connected me with the owner (Phil). He was very clear and specific in answering my questions and did not attempt to "upsell" me. I scheduled the service that day. Today the service was performed by two very nice and well informed gentlemen. They reviewed the details of the job and the cost prior to starting the work. Once again, no upsell. The techs were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the work and answered every question to my complete satisfaction. Thankfully, they even pointed out some things that needed attention around the exterior of my home. When I first reviewed the testamonials on the web site I thought there may have been some hyperbole. Not at all. There work was neat, meticulous and thorough. A pleasure to do business with this organization and my home looks like new !

Fantasitic! Our house shines! The siding looks brand new, and the gutters have lost all the stain from the oak trees. The techs were friendly, professional, and very competent. What a great experience! We had about 2 yrs of accumulated stains on our siding and our basement walk out was in dire need of algae/moss cleaning. Phil and his team were awesome and professional. They not only taped/covered all exposed outlets, moved necessary furniture – but they also did not stop communicating until we were happy with the job. For me, the true measure of a service company is the 21st century ability to conduct the entire job/pricing/details without ever actually meeting physically in person. MD Power Wash succeeded admirably there. We have huge family demands which makes setting up face-to-face very difficult for service calls. Phil was able to work with us without a visit and still captured/cleaned all the areas we highlighted – the house is sparkling. MD’s policy of not accepting payment until you give the ‘thumbs up,’ should be mirrored across the industry. MD Power Wash came back the next day based on our input of small spots that were missed. They were just as diligent with taping/clearing and verified all spots were cleaned to our acceptance. Why can’t more companies work this way? This was the easiest process EVER. I contacted the company and they got right back to me with a quote after I emailed them some photos of my space. Small negative. They came out 20 minutes outside of the scheduled window. However, I wasn't required to be there so this didn't matter too much. My house and deck look great. They sent a follow up email for payment. Again, super easy process. I'd use this company again.

We had some pretty stuck on moss. They treated once and it was still pretty stuck. They came back out and retreated (no extra charge) and the rain has washed almost all of it away. All black stains are gone. It’s transformed our 20 yr old roof into looking almost new again!
