We went with Maryland Pro Wash because of their advertisement in the free Money Mailer pack we got in the mail. We were able to take advantage of their $199 special and paid an extra $50 for our detached garage. The quote and scheduling process was very easy. Their technician, Tyler, was very friendly and I highly recommend him. He was even so nice as to bring a package to the door when USPS delivered it to the end of the porch while they were cleaning, when I was hesitant to go outside because everything was covered in their solution. Just a note, the solution smells heavily of bleach, so if you are home when they arrive, and are sensitive to smells, just be aware of that.

would not recommend them. Scheduled to have a water truck come so we didn't have to hook up to our well. They came without the water truck and hooked up to the well anyway. Causing us well problems, (my husband is currently trying to get our water back on) AND they left soap streaks on the house, clearly did not rinse well. We will end up hiring another company to clean up after this one. very disappointed.

Seen an advertisement for Maryland Pro Wash a month or so ago, appointment was set up promptly. Three weeks later, Todd came out to provide the service. Todd was on time, customer-friendly and provided a professional snap shot of what he was going to do regarding power washing my entire house, including the basement steps, outside entrance and shed. Money well spent, Todd got the job done in a little over an hour! I had done some research before going with Maryland Pro Wash and another company was going to charge me 4x more for the same service. They used a pressure washer hose - didn't build scaffolds; they just needed to use our outdoor tap. Very happy with their work!

I'm a small business owner. No business is perfect. And in today's day and age it's easy to hide under your desk and leave a cowardly comment on Facebook or blast someone on Twitter then run away. I've had Maryland Pro Wash helping to clean my house for a few years now, so this isn't my first experience with them. Today, Tony came out to help again. In the process, a GFI receptacle on the porch went up in smoke (literally). Tony took it upon himself to go to the hardware store and buy a replacement. When I offered to reimburse him, he refused. When I asked how to pay him for his work, he also refused. I tried again, but he still wouldn't take my money. He didn't have to do this and I don't like anyone working for me for free. Being a small business owner is not easy, and the fact that the GFI receptacle burned up was not his fault, but he went above and beyond. Having said all that, if you want a small business who not only does quality work, but is honest, and understands what makes a loyal customer, you should hire Tony and his team. No question they'll be helping me with my homes again later this summer and in the years to come. Thank you, Tony and MPW.

I wish I had something good to say about this company. I hired them in February to paint the entire interior of my home, minus 3 rooms that were already done. They called me and scheduled promptly and were done in 2 days. It seemed too fast-and I found out it was. There were tons of splashes and splatters on my baseboards and showers, missed areas in multiple locations, and damage done to my towel rack. I contacted them about the issues and they had to come out on three separate occasions to fix them-and I've continued to find areas of splashes and splatters on my cabinets, floor, bath fixtures, etc. One of the employees actually argued with me when I asked him to clean the splatters in my shower. I'm very displease with the quality of work and won't hire them again. I don't recommend them.

They showed up right on time, stepped me through how the process works, what I could expect while I was there, executed it better than planned, moved anything that had a potential of being exposed to the wash that shouldn't have been and then put everything back. I felt as if the customer service I was getting from the tech was that of a 5 star hotel! They were in uniform and extremely polite. My neighbors recommended this business. Scheduling was good and easy. But it wasn't well explained what was or was not included in a package. I decided to give it a try and see how it goes anyways. I should have figured out in details what are included. Technician came as scheduled. The places that were cleaned was done well. But upon paying for the service, I noticed the front stoop was not washed. I was told the front stoop would be part of the package, and if the technician "had known" i wanted it to be washed, he would have. Well, why wouldn't i want the front stoop washed, when i just had the whole outside of the house washed? So I asked for it to be washed. But he said it was too late, he was late for his next appointment and he had put his tools away. So I'm left with one of the more visible part of my house still grimy and scattered with debris. I'm rather disappointed.
