My Name is Debbie R., Landover Hills. This is the greatest laundry service Ever! Been using them for about 3/4 months now. The clothes come back Excellent!! Folded, shrink wrapped, when opened it's like they were fresh pressed! I am very, very happy with the service... One thing though, they need to use more Fabric Softener, cottons tend to be a little tiny bit hard for my choice. Other than that this is an Excellent company with great pick up/deliver service. I am Well pleased..:)! Also, the rates are very reasonable....Use them, you will be very glad you did!!!!

Thieves operating here. I only used this laundry on four occasions. The quality of the cleaning and folding was good but on the first use of their service a rare and very cool Tshirt I had just bought on a trip to Thailand went missing. The owner scolded me for not calling on the same day to report it missing, I discovered it missing a few days later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few weeks later, my fourth time using the service, a very expensive Tshirt I bought in Mexico was missing. It seems that the thief only stole cool stuff that they wanted to add to their wardrobe. Again the owner sort of blamed me for the theft?? and did not offer to make good. If you have clothes worth stealing, stay far away.

I used this laundry mat the 1st time and the owner over charged me by 2 dollars. The clothes were piled and folded neatly but a little over prices. 2nd time of use I sent less clothes and charged me about the same amount as they did when I sent them a lot of clothes. The owner was very rude when I asked him to let me come and see my clothes being weighed he instantly took defense and said. You don't need to be a customer no more when he was wrong.
