This Laundry belongs to the category of Laundromat.
What I like best about this place are their rates. 99 cents per pound is not bad at all. The service is good, and I’ve never really had any problem after going to this place every week for the last 7 months or so.
I came to The Laundry Bag on a recommendation from a friend. The place was clean and bright with lots of machines and varied options for washer sizes at different costs which gives customers a lot of flexibility. The "card" system was easy to use, load your money on and slide your card into each machine to pay. Adding extra time to the dryer (although only needed on one of my 5 loads) was super easy just by swiping the card one more time. Speaking of the dryers, I dried everything on low and 4 of my 5 loads were finished in 28 min! Sure beats an hour per load at home! I highly recommend this laundromat.
So laundromats do not take quarters anymore...FYI
I have used their fold and wash service for six months with excellent service. Now they have a new employee, a man, who regularly turns me away. If I bring laundry on Saturday morning, he says he can't do it until Tuesday. The customer service is terrible now.
I hate it when businesses over-promise but underdeliver. Like the last laundry shop I would go to, they kept saying my clothes be ready by this time, but never finished it on time. I’m glad Tropicana Laundromat doesn’t do things that way. They give you a date and time, and they stick to it.
Not a bad place. Fairly clean, yes, it's a working Laundromat, that is, people, soap, detergent, etc. and some gets spilled, however the attendant was moping. The attendants are extremely helpful and many washers/dryers from which to choose. Big washers/dryers. Reasonable price. I'm a single person, but I workout and I'm in and out within an hour/hour and a half tops, that is, two washers/two dryers.
The dude that works there is an inconsiderate douche and dryers smell funky.
Nice place I love it.
Could be cleaner. Machine's are too expensive. Some of the machine gave more minutes to dry than others that cost the same.
DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THEIR WASH AND FOLD SERVICE. If zero stars were an option, I would use that rating. Let me start with I have never actually written a negative review online, I always like to praise businesses I've had good experiences with, but I have to warn others about this place. My washing machine recently broke and I needed to use a laundromat for cleaning but was heading out of town for the weekend, so I dropped about 20 lbs of laundry off including work clothing/scrubs and a set of sheets for their wash and fold service on a Saturday midday. I even supplied my own detergent for my sensitive skin. I was told it would be ready Monday afternoon so I picked it up that evening after work. Woman handed it to me in the hamper I dropped it off in wrapped in a plastic bag inside with clothing and my detergent. I thought what a great service, less than $20 and laundry finished when promised. I could not have been more mistaken. I get home and start unpacking the clothes from the bag they were in and find that almost all of the clothing and the sheets are covered in grease looking stains!!!!! None of the clothes I had dropped off were stained mind you, just needed regular washing. I take the clothes back the next day and explain problem and the manager Vicky offers to try and rewash the clothing. I say ok but I am going to need compensation if the stains don't come out as many of the items were new scrubs and under scrubs and my sheets. Its a very long story but in short it has now been 2 weeks, I have been there 5 times so far, and no one who works there including the manager Vicky who says she's been there 14 years will help me or give me the business owner's contact information. I tried calling and they just hang up instead of resolve the issue. They are not taking any responsibility for the damage they caused. It seems like there must have been bleach or something that mixed with material on washer door and when dragged out of washer and put into dryer, stains occurred. (I have a friend who runs a laundry business in another state and explained that the machine was likely not cleaned out from previous wash with bleach in it causing the issue) They are actually trying to blame me. As it stands, I left a phone number and my clothes with them to show the owner Kevin and it has been a week and of course Kevin has not called me. Kevin Kane is his name from doing a google search. They would not even give me an email for him. So I have hundreds of dollars of ruined very new clothing, next to nothing to wear to work and a business that wont even speak with their customer and acknowledge their wrongdoing. I CANT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH, DON'T GO HERE. They also have a poor C+ rating and shocker, an unresolved complaint on the better business bureau website. It has been an absolute nightmare for me and a big loss of money. There are plenty of other places to do your laundry. This owner doesn't care about the quality of his business and is never on site. Don't end up in my situation. Kevin, if you happen to read your reviews, though highly doubtful, please contact me because I am definitely owed compensation for the damaged clothing and at a bare minimum a conversation to discuss the issue. I am happy to update this review if appropriate action is taken and my issue is addressed.
This is a great spot if you need a laundromat. I've used it when large carpets needed to be washed, out when our washer was broken. Wash and fold service is 99¢ a pound, well worth the price.
(Translated by Google) I do not understand why the staff admits that people grab the wheelbarrows as if they were personal, they put something simply not to share the use even if they are not occupying them .. or buying more trucks or putting rules of use for the rest is a good place.....
Attention the owner Kevin Kane: why haven’t you resolved the damaging service issue brought to your attention by Katherine Scully? No one likes to be ripped off, but when a laundry service damages clothing it’s can very costly and should not be the customer’s financial loss. You need to make whole a customer your employee’s actions have harmed.
The best laundromat in town. Great prices. It clean and in a convenient location
Right price to good service
Super quick, super efficient, and super clean facility. For someone that has not been to a laundromat in decades, that is saying alot! Very pleased and I highly recommend it. :)
Works as advertised
I realize that when selecting a laundry shop to take your weekly laundry to, it's absolutely important that not only is their service good, but they also need to be fast and flexible, especially during times when you need a specific laundry to be done asap. I have found all that with this laundry shop.
I found the facility to be spacious, convenient and the staff was helpful. I would definitely go there again. Plenty of parking and in a good area.

This review is for the self- serve laundry services at this facility. Washing machines wash just fine. However, it is unnecessarily overpriced for drying. $0.33 for 7 minutes and they don’t even dry well enough so you have to keep inputting money into it. I had to repeat drying 4 times each for 2 machines. And my drying machines were not even halfway full. Also, the money machines are card based and the minimum it accepts is $10 which is too much for someone that only has 1 load. The machine tells you to ask the front desk for a receipt but when I went to ask the employee for a receipt she rudely said the her printer isn’t working. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of drying. If a business is going to charge for drying, you better be sure those machines work well or you’re just ripping people off.
Most of the dryers machines don't work and this place is so dirty and the A.C dont work is awful
Coin free laundromat. Pretty clean, decent-ish prices.

You guys aren’t opening on time. It’s now 630 and you’re not open.
This place is very clean and well lit, with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. I went in early and didn't see any staff, though someone must have been there, but the other customers were very helpful (first with me and then with another confused guy). The vending machines (for food, drinks, or toys) still take coins and $1, but the washers and dryers take a special card you have to get from there. To add money to the card, you'll need a debit/credit card, or bills $5 or larger, because that machine doesn't accept coins or $1. Everything has instructions on it (in English, some with Spanish too). Some of them are broken, but from what I could tell they are all clearly labeled as such so you don't waste your money. You can bring your own soap or get that from a vending machine that uses the same card as the washers and dryers.
Clean and the prices are reasonable. You have to get their Card and if you use a Twenty Dollar Bill, you get $2.00 extra. The regular 39 minute front load washing machine is $2.19 and the Dryers are .30 cents for 8 minutes.
