I wanted at least three estimates for the house and deck power washing as well as for a window cleaning. I got two very high estimates and one company that wanted to charge me $50 just do the estimate. I went looking online to be able to compare reviews of the three companies and I found Griffs. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive so I went ahead and called Nigel and requested an estimate. He was extremely responsive and came out almost immediately for a very competitive estimate. The only catch was that he had a backlog of work. Given the reviews, I decided to wait until he was available. We didn't actually schedule anything. He just texted me and said he would be there around 12:15 as soon as he finished the current house. He was extremely polite, hard working and respectful. He spent over 4 hours cleaning the deck and the house. For the windows, he had recommended someone else who would be able to do the best job. After he was finished, he walked me through what he had done. He had gone above and beyond cleaning the side walks, spots on the bricks that needed it, etc. He also pointed out to me where additional house maintenance was required - hole in the siding, cracking chimney, deck planks coming off, etc. He did a fantastic job! I am very pleased and highly recommend Nigel's Griffs Services.

Before I get into details: AMAZING Customer Service and FANTASTIC work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From start to finish, my correspondence with Nigel was fantastic. I told him I wouldn't be home for the estimate, but he still called me to let me know when he was on his way. I had a written estimate within 24 hours along with before pictures. We scheduled the work, and I was called the day before to verify we were good to go, text when he was on his way, text again with a picture of the progress, and text when the work was completed. All of this mind you- I didn't request. This is his standard way of business and it's rare.... and awesome. My fence was taking me FOREVER to powerwash myself (I have 22 8' panels). He did the entire fence and the house in about 4 hours by himself and everything looks amazing. Absolutely look no further and make sure you give Nigel your business. From our experience, I honestly don't think you'll be dissatisfied in the slightest.

Getting ready to sell my house and the exterior and deck looked very dirty with a lot of green mold. Nigel soft washed the surfaces (like a car wash: ‘soapy’ spray over surfaces including windows, let soak, and then spray off) going over tough areas twice to make sure they were thoroughly cleaned. He did an awesome job and my house looks almost new again. Nigel power washed my house, sidewalk and deck. He did excellent work. He was thorough and worked hard. When he left he explained how some staining called “coffee run” may appear next day and said just text and he would come back. A few spots did show up, I texted and he came by same day to remove.
