In my line of business you do not tell someone something will be one price and then don’t call to let them know it will be literally double that price. Just picked up my coat. Price double what I was quoted last week at drop off. Employee was nice but only offered to have the main facility call me tomorrow. This is my first time using these cleaners and I’m just disappointed.

I called Glyndon Lord Baltimore several days ago and scheduled for a rug to be picked up for cleaning. They told me when they would pick up the rug and it happened as it was scheduled. I was later called by the company to ask other important questions about their service. I told them that the rug was being cleaned due to a flood and that I was not sure when the repairs would be completed. I was told that they would keep the rug in storage until the construction work was completed. So far I'm very please with their service.

I have used Glyndon Lord Baltimore to clean rugs that have pet stains a few times. We had an old dog that was incontinent that even with wraps would leak when he laid on our rugs. Their service is excellent and I am always amazed how clean the rugs are when returned. These are large wool area rugs.

Extremely high in price - On 10/15/2019 I was charged 9.68 to dry clean each pair of dockers. shirts were 9.14. Silk short sleeve shirt was 10.76. Prices are about half at other cleaners I have been to. Great service and cleaning but I can't see paying this much for dry cleaning.

Wonderful services and delivery. Everything from rugs cleaned and delivered, new padding, dry cleaning and everything picked up at your door. I had a rush order due to some unexpected circumstances, and they did a phenomenal job in less than twenty-four hours! (I would not advise doing this on a regular basis though as it can place undue stress on the business and employees. Plan your cleaning ahead of time!)

Every time I have used their service, my clothing was always returned promptly with each item thoroughly cleaned and carefully folded. Brad, their Sales Manager, is always quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns you might have. Although they charge a bit more than other dry cleaners, you can't beat the service and the quality.

I just went through an awful experience with Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners in Hunt Valley. I dropped off five new custom made shirts to be dry cleaned there a little less than two weeks ago. When I picked up the shirts this past Monday, three of them had creases in the front and were not pressed properly. They took the three shirts back to repress them. Four days later, I come by to pick them up and was told that the shirts were taken back to be pressed for a third time because they didn't like how the shirts turned out after being re-pressed. I was incredulous that a cleaners would have a difficult time properly pressing a shirt once, let alone three times. I returned today to pick up my shirts. The cleaners added starch to the shirts without asking me (I never put starch in my shirts). And the final kicker was that the woman behind the counter told me that I should get the shirts dry cleaned next time. I requested dry cleaning when I dropped them off and they were laundered instead! The shirts are stiff and look horrible. Also, there are three small holes above the label by the collar in each of the shirts. These were brand new shirts and never worn. Those holes were likely caused by safety pins they used but there is no point on even explaining it to them. One of the managers called me earlier today and offered me a credit in their system. What's the point? I'm never stepping foot in a Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners again.

Will not use again. Sent an 8x10 wool rug for cleaning. Rug came back cleaner, but the 2 corners (where it was hung to dry?) are now stretched longer. Rug also must have been folded lengthwise at some point, as the backing now shows a fold line and is essentially crushed along this line. Also, the fringes on the opposite side to where it was hung (and stretched) are stained and stiff. Note attached to the rug said it was sent like this, but it wasn't. Company didnt call to let me know when to expect return (until it had been delivered) and rug was left on my doorstep until i got back from work. Fortunately it didnt rain. Free pickup nice. Overall not impressed with service.

Might be the only real laundry and dry cleaning service left on the planet. They come to your house, pick up your clothes, wash or dry-clean them, perfectly fold or hang them and bring them back to you......are you kidding me! Who does that? No one! These guys have been doing this forever and they do a fantastic job! It's crazy to think anyone would do this themselves, I'm totally serious, my wife and I both work and have zero time for laundry, Glyndon does it for us and at a very reasonable cost.

Went to pick up my wedding dress and the man helping us refused to honor the 25% coupon I had been given, and specifically told could be used for my wedding dress. I called back and was offered store credit by first an employee, and then the owner, but I do not want to use their services again (my wedding dress still has noticeable black stains on the lining, which maybe they thought I wouldn't notice?) and I would simply like a partial refund for the value of the coupon which I should have received when I picked up my dress. EDIT: the business sent me a check for the value of what I would have saved with the coupon, which I appreciate.

Actually, the dress I sent to be cleaned accidentally got sent home to another customer. Mishaps sometimes occur. What impressed me was how well GC dealt with the matter. They got my dress back, comped me the cost of cleaning, and they were very friendly about it. Also, my silk dress had a greasy-food stain on it and they got it out even though it had been crumpled up in my laundry basket for two months.
