Zero stars would be more accurate. I cannot even begin to detail the hassles I am having for several months regarding a contract. Terrible customer service. I've made at least a dozen calls, left messages and sent certified letters and still can't get any response.

First time using this laundry machine at my residence and was charged more then what I used. I only used the washing machine twice and dryer twice and was charge $14.00, how when each use is $1.75??

They do not deserve any star. Our building has been calling for 2 weeks, laundry piled up in basement. They do absolutely nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

No stars. This company's service is beyond putrid. A service request on my apartment complex's lone card machine was called in 12 days ago, and so far there has been no response. As a result, those many residents who need to replenish their cards to use the washing machines have been forced to drive to laundromats, When I called a customer service rep, she said service would take 24 hours -- pure fiction.

If I could give them a 0 that would be better and more accurate. This company will lock you in with a contract and they wont service any of their equipment. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HEADACHE

Their machines are always breaking down. My apartment complex uses their machines. I've only been here 2 months and have had to call for service 5 times. Their reload kiosk also isn't working. It won't read credit cards so I always have to go to the bank to get cash out. Such an inconvenience.
