I have been renting a wash/dry unit for $65 a month at my apartment home in MD. I called on 11/18/17 about my washer which was full of water and clothes and had stopped working mid cycle. Was told tech would be out on the 22nd, no show. At this time I told them to come get their unit, I'll purchase my own. Why is this mess still taking up space in my apartment??? I believe in all fairness the company I was me rent money now for housing something I can't use.
