I have found this business to be excellent. I have been coming to this laundry mat for years. When, I moved away from this area I tried others. However, when I moved again back to this area, I came back! It is clean; the owner's are friendly, caring, and reasonable people. Plenty of parking, close to shopping, and you can get snacks, something to drink (sodas or water) and watch television in English or Spanish! A great environment for getting your laundry done! Also, they sell laundry products if you've forgotten something and will do your laundry for you for a fee. The best part is you can always find a washer and dryer if you know when to come!

The staff is great. They always do their best to make sure that all customers have a good experience. The place is always clean and the machines are always working. The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing which allows me to get some studying done while washing my clothes. There are not too many good laundromat around anymore but this one is the best one that in have used in a long time. I will continue to frequent here as long as I am able to.

My company uses Coin Laundry once a week from March-November and these people are amazing. We drop anywhere from 10-50 lbs of linens off to be cleaned and they are always done SAME DAY and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend their drop off service!

I started going to this laundromat several times a month after my washer became inoperable earlier this year. I often utilize the wash-and-fold service and I am BEYOND impressed with this service! My laundry is always impeccably cleaned and folded. The ladies that work here are amazing and always welcome you with a friendly greeting. My washer was repaired months ago, but I still go to this laundromat because of the service. I highly recommend this establishment, especially the wash-and-fold service!

I am disappointed with the lack of service/misleading information; I arrived at 2130 hrs and was told that the laundry was closed. I found this odd as I googled it from the Hampton Inn nearby and noted that it did not close until 2300 hrs. I mentioned this to the attendent and was told that it closed at 2130 hrs. I verified that I was at the location I had googled and showed the attendent the closing time. After seeing it, she explained that the sign in the window says it closes at 2130 hrs and I can return at 0830 hrs when it opens. I explained to the attendent that this would not work for me, and that I only had one load. She relented and said that she would give me 30 minute to wash and no more than 20 minutes to dry. I was only abke to wash my clothes. I will not return to this site in the future as there are other facilities to try in this area. I would encourage the owners to change the operating times that's posted online, and invest in visible and professional signs to post in the windows.

I discovered this laundromat in 2007-2008 - It's always clean and all the machines are always in operating condition. The owners and staff are very friendly and always there to help. I have recently started to use the Laundry Service and it's amazing. The services for regular wash is ONLY $1 per pound. So if you have 24 pounds of clothes it's simply $24, that is truly a steal! Your laundry is always soooo fresh and clean and it's always done in a timely manor, sometimes same day if you come early enough. This will be my forever laundromat!! Thanks for Coin Laundry!! :)

Very Rude Lady Works Here I ve been going there for 5 years now. And tonight I went for the first time at 8:45pm since they advertise they close at 12 mid night. Any rate she approached me at.10 as my clothes went in dryer . I had 4 loads drying. She asked that I did not leave While things dried and that she wants to leave early. I agreed but my thougts where dont they close at 12 mid night? I waited for my clothes, st 1/4 to 11 I started to take clothes out of dryer she had a huge vaccum suction blower that she uses on dryer vents . I watched as she stopped my time on machine to blow the blower in my dryers vents not realizing its blowing the dust, dirt and debree from everyones clothes who used the machine before me today onto my clean blankets , towels, rags and clothes. I then said excuse you blew the debree onto my clean close... she " said so you shouldnt come late I want to go home " I said you are rude your sign says mid night ... she then told me. " So... shut up" !! I said in return I am reporting you to the owner tomorrow . She blew me off I was shocked and upset. I took my things and left.

I'm used to doing my own laundry, but since I moved to the area I haven't had a washer/dryer at home. I've been using Coin Laundry's wash and fold service, and I'm never disappointed with the outcome. When I pick them up, my clothes always smell fresh and are meticulously folded. They're always done relatively quickly as well. When I wash my own clothes at the facility I find that the washers and dryers are always clean. Michelle, the owner, always greets me with a smile and so do the employees. Excellent facility and I highly recommend!

This has been my neighborhood laundromat for over five years. We love it! The staff is always friendly and courteous. They go and above and beyond on a regular basis. Clean, well-lit, safe place where you can do your laundry faster than at home! When my washing machine went on the fritz, and the repair people couldn’t fix it for a week, I had to find a laundromat, and fast. I found this one less than a mile from my place, and, encouraged by the top reviews, gave it a try twice during that week. I’m impressed. While it’s not the newest place in town (it would make a good film location for anything set in the 1970s), it’s clean, neat and well-lit. The machines are abundant, and come in different sizes that allow you to wash up to 5 loads at a time. I did 4 loads, washed and dried, in a little over an hour. At home, my drier takes at least 90 minutes per load all by itself! Yes, it costs money, but the largest washers go for $6/FIVE load capacity, while the biggest driers start at only 50¢ for 15 minutes. I can always make more money; I can’t make more time. If you don’t want to hang out, the very nice staff will do your laundry for you at $1/pound. It takes about 3-4 hours; but then, it’s their time, not yours. If you have a perfume or dye allergy, you can use your own hypoallergenic detergents, but they only sell the scented ones, and you’ll probably not want to use their laundry service, or stay in the room very long. I would use this place again, even once my washer is fixed, if I had lots of clothes and sheets to do, and I were in a hurry, such as right before traveling out of town. Highly recommended.

Excellent laundromat with a lot of clean, working machines in various sizes and a very nice and helpful lady in charge. Large and bright with plenty of folding tables and carts. It's everything I can ask for away from home. Update as I've just left for the last time because we're leaving the area tomorrow. Coin Laundry remains excellent over the three week period we've been here. The family that owns it work constantly to keep it spotless and all the machines in good working order. They're even nice, always greeting customers with a nod and smile. Thank you.

I needed to use a dryer for my brand new extra large Down King comforter and pillows that would not fit in my average house size dryer. I decided to stop at this laundry mat that is close to my home. One, the place is less than average looking inside. And two, after placing my items in 2 dryers, I was rudely asked to leave by an Asian woman who said only customers who wash may dry there. She said there's a sign in the window (that is pretty unnoticeable with the tinted windows so I missed that sign.) Then she had the nerve to stick her hand in the dryer and touch my stuff! What nerve! Half of the dryers had hand written signs on them that said OUT OF SERVICE, so you would think that this establishment would need all of the business they can get. I asked why was such a policy put in place and both the Asian man and woman became confrontational and loud. I don't know if they're the owners, or workers, but you definitely lost a customer today. I will NEVER wash anything nor dry anything here! You need better customer service and be more welcoming to those who wish to patronize you.

Coin Laundry keeps their machines clean. The staff works very hard to give customers great service. The owners have not changed since 2001. They take great pride in their family business. The washing machines and dryers are excellent and the entire laundry is kept neat and clean even on very busy days. After 16 years of customer service the laundry is still in excellent running order. It is one of the best coin laundry services in the metro area.
