We were regular customers with Bergmann's for many years. Our delivery driver, Dave, was outstanding. He was always on time and very helpful. But then he was let go because of speeding tickets. We hated to see him leave. His replacement was absolutely worthless. We never knew if he would pick up our clothing. He would come by on days when he wasn't scheduled to make a pick up, or simply not make a stop at all. Sometime before we stopped using Bergmann's and after Dave left, we left a note for the worthless driver saying that we had a carpet that needed to be cleaned. It was a large area carpet that we were going to store in a closet. Our first surprise was that the driver actually showed up. A good thing? NO! We unwrapped the carpet last week. The wrapping paper was pristine. Our carpet? It was never cleaned. There before us was the same dirt, spots, and dust that we paid a fortune to have cleaned. I have a carpet cleaner and put it to use. After going over the whole thing, it is now clean. And we are angry! Hours of my time were spent cleaning something that we paid a ridiculous amount to have cleaned in the first place!! Our advice is simple: if you need something done, don't give it to Bergmann's. The only thing you'll get is a thin wallet!

Horribly overpriced - dont use! I have been a customer of Bergmanns for years and prices seemed reasonable until now. They cleaned a 9x14 rug which cost $200 and charged $400. When I called to ask why it cost so much, the lady said a big rug costs more than a small rug - well, no kidding lady - and she was unwilling to offer any sort of concession. I will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone else.

My rug was picked up as scheduled but without any record/receipt left behind, so the company initially denied having it. It took four phone calls and numerous emails before my rug was finally located. I was then charged $50 before they were willing to deliver. If you value your time, go with another service - one that actually respects its customers.
