Bravo to ASAP cleaners. My 30 year old son traveled to Baltimore for a family event. He thought he would have time to prepare his clothing once he reached the hotel. The Hyatt could not let him into his room until after 3. The family event started at 1:00. I looked for a cleaners that was nearest one of his destination, which was ASAP cleaners. They were warm and friendly people that accommodate him by pressing his shirt and pants to perfection, in under 20 minutes. Thank you, ASAP.

cheap okay dry cleaning (get what you pay for) awful tailor work. i told them to cut my inseam to 30 and they cut it longer i paid double because i didn't really remember at the moment and i thought they would follow directions so i winded up paying double and only realized after that fact that i got ripped off for 20 bucks. and not to mention that it took forever to get done. so if your getting work done check the measurements so your not paying double for the same work

RUINED 2 SUITS-Owner(Habib?) told me that the alterations done by tailor Iris on 2 suits that was so bad that they both were ruined were good work. I pointed out the bad work which was very visible but the owner wouldn’t even agree to try to fix them until other customers agreed with me that the alteration work was horrible-Owner had tailor redo them-I came back a week later and the suits weren’t fixed-they were worse-they were ruined. The owner told me that he wasn’t responsible for the ruined suits and that I wasn’t worthy of his time and just left me at the counter and told me to leave or he would call the police-I eventually left totally shocked at the owners terrible business practices-DO NOT ALLOW ASAP TO RUIN YOUR CLOTHES-HABIB THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!!

they are ok. they slowly continually raise their prices and that trend will continue. I was going there one year, and the men's shirts went up, AND the price for everything else went up .25 also. It disappointing when prices can't stay the same for at least 2 years, geeeeze.

Very bad service .. I had 2 shirts ruined by them.. when I talked to the owner/ manager he told me to take them back to the place where I bought them from to return them ... horrible service .. does not care about customers belongings at all
