Large, clean coin laundry. 20+ small washers, 10 large/express washers, hand laundry sink, about 18 large dryers and 10 small dryers, and 10+ folding tables with baskets. Good place to do camp laundry! Would love to see them shift to laundry cards/electric debit cards - more efficient than coins.

This was my first time using the dry cleaners and at first I was a little skeptical because of the inside appearance of this business. However, I brought in a new dress that I had just spilled oily stuffed mushroom sauce on at a wedding. I thought for sure the dress was ruined but I brought it in to the Congress St., Pratt Abbott in Portland to see if they could get it out. When it came back the original stain was gone but there was an additional stain which I pointed out and they sent back to be re-clean free of charge. I just picked it up and all stains are gone! Very happy with the customer service.

I left my favorite jacket and blouse at Looking Good, which is a Pratt Abbott Agent. One month later, my jacket is lost and my blouse is still at Looking Good because they tried to return it to me with more stains than when I left it there. I am so upset. This has never happened to me before with any dry cleaner. I used to use dry cleaners in Augusta and they are much more reliable. It is very sad. I am not happy at all and both companies are pointing their fingers at each other saying it's the other's fault.
