TERRIBLE customer service!! Their "business hours" say open until 8:30pm weekdays with last wash starting @ 7p. I walked in with a load at 6:55 and the guy flat out told me that I "wouldn't have time to finish" and that "he wasn't staying until 8:30 for $5 of laundry" (1. It was way more than $5 considering how costly this place is and 2. I have come here for the better part of a year despite the horrific and RUDE customer service on multiple occasions and given them enough money so that they should probably try to keep the hours they post on their sign). I've also had enough berating and asinine/annoying comments on numerous occasions and will be taking my laundry elsewhere from now on. Furthermore, if you do choose to waste your time here (just be sure you don't work at a place with normal business hours) be sure to bring more enough quarters for the poor quality dryers that will take forever. Get with the program Liliana's or lose more customers, and take down your FALSE HOURS while your at it.

This Place is conveniently located around the corner and in walking distance from my building. That is the only good thing about it because I don't own a vehicle at the moment, I would rather go to Looking Good down the street if I didn't have to walk. This Place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, by the owner no less. The other employee's find him intolerable. There is talk he "over caffeinates" which is some excuse for his total rude behavior. He Verbally Berates you the entire time you are there. He has a box of toys for the children, yet just randomly takes the toys away during play, the child then gets bored and starts throwing his hat in the air and catching it, He then says "If you throw it again it is mine." to a 4 yr old! on another occasion my room mate took some laundry and forgot the Dryer Sheets, I went down to do my own and threw in his sheets and started my load. First I walk in and have $20 and need quarters, the guy says "I don't know if I have change, we like to be convenient for our customers, but we like our customers to be convenient" As he slammed the bills into the counter after handing me my quarters. My response was for him to get a quarter machine as so I wouldn't bother him, he replied with "No way! I'd have to fill it too much, I'd supply landlords with appliances, cause every one would come to get quarters" How is any of this my problem? He then proceeds to be nosey and check out my laundry following me to the washer trying to tell me the sizes and trying to scold me for my choice. I put my small load in the draw string bag on the folding table so he could see it would clearly fit and have room, he then scolded me for putting it on the table and that it was for "clean laundry only" OK, fine, so I put it on the floor, I ran over to my room mates dry (#10 as he said) and I just about got kicked out for "touching others laundry" I explained the details, he said "He has been in and out all day, do you guys have an infestation?" WHAT? are you seriously asking me this?? Gross!! How dirty is your store!!! The floors are never clean I can only imagine. He then scolded me about shutting the dryer too hard and that my roommate does too, and that they were a "gentile laundromat" I seriously HATE this place. Who wants to be followed around as they do their laundry at the 'mat' and scolded at every thing they do while they are there, while they don't want to even be there in the first place. It's soul pro is the location, other then this it is so bad in customer service it drives you away, no literally I couldn't wait to get out of there and I sent my roommate to switch over my laundry because my intention is to go back and get it out of the dryer and never return, as well as spread the word about the foul service provided at this hole in the wall wash n dry joint.

Great Professional Service. We use Liliana's for our cleaning company's needs which is very convenient and always an exceptional service with reasonable prices. We also refer them to our clients which use the wash and fold service and there is nothing but rave reviews each and every time.

First time I've done laundry in a LM for a very long time. The owners where very talkative and made you feel like family, very respectful, quaint Italian setting, conveniently located on the hill, great interaction with a couple of customers as well. Made my first laundry day in a " mat" very comfortable. Not sure why the rating is only 3.1 stars because it was a very good expierance. THANKS Chris

This is the best laundromat on the Hill!!! The family that owns and works there are fantastic and keep the place seriously clean and hygienic. Wash and fold, dry cleaning and special requests are available. The local police bring their uniforms, and that's a good indication of their business reputation. The dad runs the tailor shop next door and is a craftsman... he and his son do tailoring of all types and can create custom made suits..., the ready made clothes are incredible, just like buying a suit in Italy. We are lucky to have them, they truly care about the customers and it shows!

Liliana's is a great establishment and I have always had wonderful customer service there. The wash dry fold service is professional and on-time. None of my clothes have ever been ruined. It's a local family-owned business with convenient and pleasant facilities.
