Does what it says on the tin: it's a laundromat. Multiple options on washers, smaller load sizes are cheaper, all the common vending machines, above average seating while waiting (diner style booths).

As a year round resident I use their wash/dry/fold service weekly. They do a fine job and when and if there is a problem (and there rarely is in my experience) they are quick to make every effort to resolve it to my satisfaction. I think in the four years I've been doing business with them, I've lost 4 socks. Not four pairs...just four socks. NOTE: One other reviewer mention that there is no coin operated laundry in Boothbay Harbor. They are mistaken. Harbor Choice is also a regular laundromat with machines of different sizes to wash all types of loads.

This is our go-to place for laundering large blankets as they have high capacity machines. Had a small issue and Mary was super helpful and polite in assisting us. Major thumb’s up!

Laundry says it's 24 hours but it was closed last night when I went at 6:10. No note on the door with an explanation. Customer service is always lacking in this place.

We were on a long road trip and the curvy roads caused some car sickness for our toddler. Harbor's Choice was able to take our kid's soiled clothes and carseat fabric on short notice. They even provided a quick 2 hour turnaround time, when normally they do a 24hr service! We were very pleased with how clean it turned out, not a bad smell left!

OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Terrible customer service. Morning lady rude, rude, rude! I don't understand, it's only a laundermat? ! Also dryers are 25 cents for only FIVE minutes not 10 like others. I'd wash my clothes by hand before going there again!

I brought my blanket there last night and put it in the washer. 30 min. Later I went back to dry it and all of the doors were locked, even the side door that is supposed to be left unlocked. I called and left a message on the machine explaining the situation and left my name and number and asked for them to call me back. I went back an hour and a half later and the doors were still locked and there was another gentleman trying to get in. I called on my lunch break today and spoke with some grumpy woman who told me that the doors were unlocked all night. When I told her that there were other people who could not get in due to the doors being locked, her only response was "Well it's here, so come get it!" I'll be going out of town from now on instead of dealing with these liars and I encourage others to do the same.
