I drop off and pick up my dry cleaning once a week and have been using Beal's for about a year now. I will sometimes pick up on Friday and sometimes on Saturday evening when I get out of work. The staff is always friendly and courteous and I can get in and out quickly. There have even been a several times where when I pull up and walk in the gentleman already has my pick up ready and waiting for me. It seems he remembers me and will get my dry cleaning off the rack and ready for me by the time I enter the doors! That is truly exceptional service and I really appreciate it!! I know this can't happen all the time because this business caters to a lot of people however it needs to be recognized when people go out of their way for a customer. Often times people will go out of their way to review when less than perfect service is given however it is times like this where people need praise for their actions! I foresee going here for a long time coming! Great job!!!

I put money on a card went and put it in the washing machine it didn't read that it took it but it did take the money off my card and the attendant acted like I was lying very disappointed with the attitude.

This is the second time we have washed and dried here. First time it was 2 hours and clothes werent dried. Second time 3 hours again clothes didnt dry. Not going back espcially when we get blamed for clothes not drying. No more wasting our money there.

Pros clean an always attended with friendly staff.... Their only con is the damn reusable money cards they have suck. It can cause more frustration then needed for laundry. Laundry is not a plesant sought after pastime no one says "guess what everyone where doing laundry today!!!" No it's labeled as a household chore for a reason. So when you have all your wet cloth in dreyers an the card takes 30 plus swips in an out to get 35 mins on your dryer it is BEYOND aggravating. Let me do the math for you. 7 minutes a swip, 5 swips is 35 mins.....

Great place to get laundry done. The gentleman that was working this morning walked me through the whole process (I’m here for work and don’t typically use laundromats). Clean, spacious and my laundry got done quickly. Very affordable as well.

Its clean and affordable. People that work there are pretty helpful if unsure how to use the facilities. The dryers work good, 7 min for 30 cents. Not busy when I went in the morning. Washers are pretty decent, 80 lb washer was 9.25.

Checking the whites to make sure water was hot and it was not. Owner said use another washer but that one did not have hot water either and he just walked away. Horrible!

Was okay but had a bit of trouble with a dryer. Dryers are stacked and the 1 below mine was out of order but my 90 cents accidentally went to the non-working one. When I asked the attendant he refused to give me the 90 cents or transfer it. Its only 90 cents but its the principle of the thing. If a machine is out of order than why is it on? Older guy with the mustache always has seemed like a hard ass....good luck at this place...have an issue with their machines and you have to deal with the problem on your own. I'm going elsewhere
