Worst laundromat I have ever been to...my clothes came out just as dirty as they were when we took them...not one spot came off...even the deodorant didn't wash out of our shirts! Waste of time and money!!!!

If you have to do laundry outside your home anywhere around Shreveport la, I highly recommend this place! Huge place with countless machines. The only negative was the dumbass gringo throwing old filthy insulation caked acoustic ceiling tiles around. Apparently he was unaware of the 10-12 customers attempting to get their clothes CLEAN in there while he continued to dust everyone out! Great place to handle laundry issues aside from that.

Easy to get in and out with your laundry! It is a bit expensive, but the laundry machines are big!

Watch the coin machine! If you put in $10 and it run out of change after $8 .... You want know unless you count it right after get your change out... So just always double check to make sure you get all your coins !

Alot of machines are down their expensive and the part that yu stick your washing detergent in is always stopped up and the machines are extremely small

I wish I could give this place a negative star review. Took one large load to get washed, dried, and folded... they were dried maybe halfway, and several items of clothes were missing... CHILDRENS school uniforms! Livid, would not trust them again.

Clean, comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. However, not all the machines were functioning with the credit card reader. Of course you wouldn't know that until you have loaded. Laundromats are pricey. There is an ATM as well as a change machine. I only had a credit card not a debit card with me and ended up using all the cash I had in my purse which was not my intention. Even if I had my debit card I don't like to use other ATMs and pay the service fee. I went there with the intention of using my credit card. So, check which machines are still functioning with cc before loading if that is your intention.

Most of the assistants are very friendly some not so much fairly clean but always look in side the washers and dryers before you put anything in them I once found a petrified turd amongst my laundry I had to throw everything away

I wish I could give a negative 5 stars. I stopped going here because the dryers never get your clothes dry and you have to do a so called slip to get your money back because the attendants can't give it to you so you have to spend more money and I'm still waiting on 2 different refunds from 2 different times my clothes didn't dry but of course they don't call you about it and they are hoping you don't call them which I'm sure most don't. Don't waste your time or energy coming here.
