The hours are not correct. The days they close at 9pm you have to be inside by 730Pm because they lock the doors. She will not let you in after 730 but once you’re there, you can stay until 9pm. Same rule applies when they close at 7pm. Doors get locked at 530! That needs to be advertised so people don’t waste a trip going there and be turned away with a wave of a hand and a locked door at 730! While I was there she kept asking me if I was leaving as I was watching my clothes wash?? Weird. No explanation as to why she was asking me that. Found out at another place she was making sure I wasn’t leaving because if I did and the doors get locked, she won’t let you back in to get your clothes?!?! They refuse to give them to you and make you wait until next day! Most ridiculous business owners I have ever ran into.

Went in to wash a comforter and after I started my wash I noticed all of the big dryers were out of order,so I asked the attendant if if I could have my comforter dried in the big dryer behind the counter she told me I have to go somewhere else and that paying for her service is not an option. There were no signs on the door to alert me that the dryers were out. I will not come here again too many shenanigans on how they treat customers who patronize their business.

I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN! @ 5:45ish i finished putting my clothes in the wash and the female clerk began to ask me lots of questions including if i would wait with the laundry, I said no and she started talking about how I can't leave even though i always run to the grocery (WINN DIXIE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER LITERALLY) to pick up a few things while my laundry is in the wash and set a timer on my phone to be back in time. She was clearly annoyed and very rude about that but i just continued on with my regular routine. i get back and finish moving my laundry to the dryers before 6:40 i set them all for about 30 min and sit to wait. KEEP IN MIND THE DOOR HAS A SIGN THAT SAYS "Last wash at 7:30" implying that if i wanted to go start a wash at 7:30 i can stay until i finish if i wait inside. Anyway i wait for my laundry to finish drying and i check them all pretty frequently, I had 1 small dryer and 2 of the large dryers in use because i always bring like $40 worth of laundry at a time, and i had a load of just coats and jackets in the small one, i checked it and at about 12 min left it felt pretty close to being dry and some of the fabrics were more delicate so I moved the temp from MEDIUM to COOL. I began folding the two large loads because they were mostly jeans and strong fabrics that i can put on HIGH heat to dry, and i turn around and catch the male clerk SNEAKING OVER TO MY DELICATE LOAD OF COATS AND JACKETS AND TRYING TO PUT THEM ON TO HIGH HEAT BY REPEATEDLY PUSHING THE BUTTON . I was DISGUSTED. If i had not seen him doing that a whole load of coats, most of which i just bought for this fridged winter, would have been destroyed by that dryer by almost 10 minutes on high heat!! I can't even express how repulsed i am. Not even gonna mention past issues ive had there but this was the final straw.

Pretty nice facility. Clean. Tidy. Not trashy or run down. I used it three times when my washer broke. Plenty of washers and dryers. Fairly adequate space to fold. Has rolling buggies to transport clothes from washer to dryer. Can purchase small boxes of soap on premises. Also has a change machine. One washer that I used the first time I went there did not rinse well. I informed the owner. She reran the spin mode on the machine with no complaint. Very helpful. Only other issue is that three of the very large dryers were inoperable all three times I went there. This was over a time span of about three weeks. Other than that, it was a good place to do laundry.

The cleanest laundromat in town. My mother and I used this place years ago and it has been kept up great. Most laundromats become run down and neglected after a few years of business. This is certainly not the case for Soap City. The machines have been kept up, the facility is clean, and the staff is helpful. I highly recommend that any and all of your laundry needs be taken care of here if excellence is what you seek.

Their sign clearly states close at 9pm and last wash at 730 arrived at 745 to DRY 2 loads of cloths and the doors were already locked so i knocked to get the owner attention to let him know that inwas only there to dry cloths and he was very rude wouldn't spend another dime in that place..

This is also a wash and fold drop off. Every time I am in town, they have treated me and my laundry items very well. They go over and above and actually put shirts on hangers for me ... at no additional cost.

Dryers don't work. I lost 25 cents in one that would not get hot. Attendant did not want to give me a refund. I had 6 dryers. The attached dry cleaning store does not clean cloths.

I’m not from here. Traveling for work. The guy that works here is the rudest. I brought my clothes to the washers and I needed change. I preceded to the change machine (with dollars). I went the the expensive washers 4.25 so I needed a good bit of quarters. He comes up and asks me a question of what I thought “do you work here”. I said no. He then puts his hands on the change machine and tells me no more. I ask what he means. The washers are 4.25 and I don’t have change. I suppose the question was am I washing here. Why would I be sitting at the change machine if I’m not washing. He saw me bring my clothes in. Then I sat in my car for a bit after about an hour. And he comes to the window to see what I’m doing

Pretty friendly staff, the washing machines aren't that pricey (although, i haven't been to many laundry mats) around $2 for a small washing machine, $4 for a medium, and either $5 or $6 for a large one. The dryers add 5 min for each quarter. The couple(?) that run the place are friendly and a few times they mentioned to me when my laundry was done, which was nice. Overall good place and pretty clean, too

Very rude. I arrived at 6:50 to dry a load of clothes. I asked the lady what time they close, and she said they lock the doors at 7:30 and told me not to leave my clothes. Not sure where that reply came from, but my clothes were dry at 7:15 and, when I went to leave, I was locked in. I had to go find them at the drop off service side to come let me out.

Clean laundromat with plenty of machines and a clerk always on duty. Change, snack and drink machines on premises and clean, stocked bathrooms. Avoid at lunchtime, between 11 am and 1 pm, and after school lets out. Tends to be crowded around those times.

The woman who works here is extremely rude. One day she actually turned my dryer off while I still had ten minutes left so that she could clean the lint. I ended up losing my ten minutes with the promise of getting ten minutes at another time. I had to leave with wet clothes and never got my 10 minutes. Today I asked her to break a 20 and she refused. She said that she was too busy. I ended up leaving. She would rather lose money than help a customer.

Super rude. Will never come here again. I went in and got my quarters and while I was getting my quarters the guy comes up and asks "do you wash here?" Confused, I responded yes. He looks around me obviously looking for my clothes. I tell him my stuff is still in my car. This guy looks at me like I'm lying and cranes his neck to look around outside. He literally stood there and watched me finish scooping my coins, go out to my truck, collect my things, and come back in. I should have just left.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. This place is a nightmare. Their website shows they close at 9pm their signs on the door show they close at 9pm in addition to a sign that says "last wash at 7:30pm. I usually do not come here because they have locked the doors on my while my clothes were still washing at 6:30pm and didn't allow me to get my soaked clothes untill the next day! But today my husband decided we should just go there since it's closer. We put the clothes to wash at 5:55pm and at 6pm the owner comes out to tell us he's locking up at 630pm. We argued about the hours shown on the website and the signs at the establishment and he stated we'll the owner wants us to close at 6:30pm we asked for the owners name and he refused to give us the information....(obviously he is the owner). So now I have to camp out here in the parking lot waiting for my clothes to wash so that I can take out my wet clothes and go to another laundromat to dry the clothes.
