About 10% of the machines did NOT have an "out of order" sign hanging on them, and most of those should have. "Dried" my clothes for an hour in a dryer to open it and find them still wet and freezing cold.

Open till a decent hour, clean and kept up. If you dont have the time to wash yourself Jene will fluff and fold for you at a very reasonable price

Had to use this deplorable facility due to an issue with my washer. The old rude man that lives on site had the audacity to say we overloaded his washer. It had 1 sheet and 2 shower curtains in it. Several of the machines were "out of order". As i attempted to rush out with the 13 loads of expensive items, he insisted on antagonizing my assistant and myself. He even went as far as to put his hand on me when i attempted to removing my items from the large load machine. He rudly said " you will wait untill im done" and pushed me aside so he could wetvac the area. I wouldn't recommend this facility to the humane society laundry much less anyone needing to wash their clothes. Worst experience of my life in regards to laundry facilities. Most of the washing machines are broken. If they are not labeled “out of service” they themselves still might be broken. Been going here for several years and will now probably switch buissness literally just due to the fact that they are unable or unwilling to repair their machines.

Great little shop. Some of the machines were out of order and the change machines were busted, but the owner was friendly and plenty of change. Was able to wash and dry our clothes in just over an hour. Great little spot.

We have been coming here for 6 months and it has progressively gone down hill. The majority of the machines do not work, and the building is now infested with fleas! I sat down to read and felt something crawl on me, only to look down and discover that my arms, feet, and legs were all covered in fleas! I didn't initially notice because I was wearing black leggings. Absolutely disgusting, and not what you want to see when you are trying to CLEAN your laundry. Do. Not. Come. Here. You'd be better off taking a washboard and some soap down to the river and doing your laundry there.

Nasty experience. Here in New Orleans on vacation and have some laundry to do. I didn't notice the sign on the vending machine to get laundry soap didn't take quarters. And had just changed all my money to quarters. Asked the guy to help me and you would have thought I was asking for the world. Started swearing and got really pissed off. Ranting about having the f#!## sign f!#! big enough to read. Needless to say to am doing my laundry somewhere else.

Not fashionable, not pretty, but perfect for washing a load of clothes for a handful of quarters. We were staying at one of the Prytania Hotel units nearby (2-3 minute walk) and wanted to do a wash before getting on our cruise ship. $1.25 to wash; $1.25 to dry. They advertise that they'll do it all for $1 a pound but we didn't go that route. Went early in the morning ~ 7 and only one other person was using the facilities.
