Received a $10 coupon in the mail. It did not state anywhere on the coupon, that it had to be when you dropped off your dry cleaning. Tried to redeem it at pickup and the guy working the counter explained it couldn't be redeemed that way. He also stated the owner was aware of it and forgot to add it on the coupon. So, I asked would they still honor it, since it wasn't stated and it's a mistake and I got a "NO". II tol the counter guy, I will never come back to Liberto Cleaners. I don't blame the guy working the counter for this, I blame the owner. I hope $10 "MISLEADING" coupon was worth it to lose a customer, and negative feedback.

I found this cleaners many years ago by asking my salesperson at a local clothing store known for fine men's apparel. I did so after having a dress shirt ruined by my previous cleaner. Since then I have not had a single garment ruined at the cleaners and my items are always returned clean. In addition, several years ago I had taken a large number of garments to be cleaned and unexpectedly became extremely ill and wound up in the hospital for 18 months or so. When I got out and moved my things from storage, I realized that I was missing several shirts and suits, etc. I suddenly remembered that I had taken them into be cleaned. Lo and behold, they kept them safe for me. You couldn't pay me to switch cleaners.

I recently brought a dress to Liberto's that I wore in City Park for an engagement photo shoot that had Lord knows what on the back of the dress by the end of the day, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Within a few days I have my dress back, plus another blouse, looking good as new. The service here was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning to Liberto's for any future dry cleaning needs.

Overpriced for the level of "clean" I received. They either DO NOT use CLOROX bleach OR they Overfill the washing machine. Inside of my shirt cuff could've been Much Whiter. It is when I wash it myself. I'm sceptical about trying again. Can't afford to have half clean shirts when I'm working Tulane events!

I've been looking all over the city for a good dry cleaner and I finally found a fantastic one! Unlike the bulk of other dry cleaners in New Orleans, which all charge well above the average price of other dry cleaners across the U.S., Liberto's on Willow has very fair and affordable pricing. Above everything else, their customer service is well above par. When I was in a bind and needed a few shirts cleaned that same day, they went out of their way to make it happen for me. Don't look anywhere else, this is your place.

I went to Liberto's after seeing all of their amazing reviews, and I was very disappointed. They charged me $16 to clean my dress and didn't even remove the makeup stain on it. My boyfriend took it to his dry cleaner's down in Raceland, who charged us $6 and had the stain removed with no problem. I'm very unhappy and will not be returning.

Honestly, I have too many good things to say about Liberto's on Willow. It is a family run business and they treat all of their customers not just like friends but like family. I trust them fully with all of our cleaning needs, my husband's business suits and other work clothes and even my daughter's first communion dress. They have a very convenient drop off and pick up location on Willow. If I can't find a spot in front of the building there is a side parking lot. We have started using free delivery service where they pick up the clothes AND drop them off to our home in Metairie which is perfect with our busy schedules. The best cleaners in the metro New Orleans area!
