Nothing like the Laundry World on Common. People literally fight over washers and dryers. Not enough for paying public, because half of washers, dryers used for their laundry service. Plus not a clean facility.

Attendant was nice and friendly but many machines don’t work properly. When you try to get your money back, all you get is an answering machine. No soap in bathroom to wash your hands properly

This place is nice, I LOVE the owner he is super sweet and always friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the old white lady working there. EVERY time i have been there she has been nothing but rude. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt...maybe she was having a bad day. No this lady needs to either put a smile on her face and get a better attitude or quit! Thankfully I have my own washer/dryer and very seldom go here now. OLD LADY IF YOU ARE READING THIS.....QUIT YOUR JOB SO PPL CAN ENJOY THEIR LAUNDRY TRIP!!

I was extremely impressed with this business. It was very clean, there were helpful employees and all the machines were clean and working. They have large capacity machines that will accommodate a queen size comforter. I will definitely be back after the winter when I need to wash my blankets and comforters.

It can get pretty crowded in this somewhat little laundromat. Specific times of the day varies on how many people will be there to do their laundry. Usually there's a lot of students since it is right across the road from McNeese. The bathroom was a bit gross, it needed a good scrubbing. Other than that, it was your typical laundromat.

I gave 4 for dryers they are good and not expensive. And all will work every time. There extra size dryers and small and medium for huge loads and small loads. Quarter machine will work fine but surf and other accessories don’t work. It have vending machine available inside. And it’s very nice place even to wait 1 hour for full cycle it’s quite and pleasant small town. It’s only busy on saturdays and Sunday evenings weekdays it’s empty and that’s best time to go for washing

Came here to do laundrywashera good dryers need some work has 3 loads split up small took 2 times to dry it all. But attendant was constantly on her phone .Then seco d attendant came in they both were gossiping about anew hire that wasn't working out. Instead talking about her help her teachh her but should not be talk g about it while customers present. I as a customer found this rude unprofessional. Disrespectful.

Very clean, and the owner is sweet. The staff is very RUDE though. I have small babies and no one to help with them while I do laundry and always have a attitude when I come in and while I'm there. Especially the black women. Mumble mess under their breath, pop attitudes etc. I've been twice and refuse to go back.

I am traveling and doing loundry each week in another city. My only complain is that is to much expensive for what I saw. For this price of coin loundry place I was expecting to be more clean and organized. I don't know about somebody else but I really count on clean machine and clean place. Which here I was disappointed. :( hope next year when I return to be difrent.
