Machines are always down, then they don’t put appropriate signage up to warn you. Didn’t even offer to give me my money back that was already put into the machine. Depends on who's working if the place stays clean.

The lady who worked there was a little bit rude.. other than that everything was clean! It was a quiet area which was nice but also pretty large! Lots of washers and dryers, and carts! Going back this weekend :) so far best in town!

As with any laundromat I've been to, there are a few machines down but there are plenty of others. They have several different size washers and driers to meet your needs. Most machines accept debit cards, otherwise quarters. You can buy laundry products and they have drop off service. Staff were friendly and kept the location clean. There is a/c but I was getting hot while waiting on clothes to dry.

Put my clothes in the washer and sat in my car till they were done, went back in and they were not there. One of the workers got my clothes confused with someone else’s and put them in the dryer.

I have been coming to this place for the past 3 months and never have I ever seen any of the staff so nice and helpful, she must be a new person. I usually come in the mornings but the morning person who's usually there is always so rude. From now on I'll go when the little Mexican girl is there. She was attentive to everyone's needs and also kept the laundry area clean!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!! I have had bad experience with these people at this laundromat I been washing my clothes here every since I came to Lake Charles in 2016. So in 8/26/2018 I went and wash clothes and put them in the dryer on 15 min and it brunt my clothes up and the lady had a nerve to tell me only thing she can do I give me a free wash I look at her like you must be done lost your mind make a long story short they told me it was my fault the clothes was brunt I told them that wasn’t my dryer how it was my fault and the owner lied to me and said it was nothing he could do about cause it was nothing wrong with his dryer...SO TO EVERYONE THAT USED THEIR DRYER BE CAREFUL THEY WILL BURN YOUR CLOTHES!!!

The machines here seem up to date and clean great. I work in flood restoration work and can't get off early. Showed up at 8 to wash and dry 2 weeks worth of clothes. I got kicked out when I had a couple of minutes left on the dryer very rudely. I am leaving two stars because I now have to wear partially wet clothes when the extra 8-10 minutes would have been enough.

This one is my favorite in the area. They have plenty of washers and dryers. The staff is nice a majority of the time and helpful if your machine isn't working right. Also, they'll let u use the stool if you can't reach your detergent compartments on the top of the machines.

I go here weekly. Seems like every week more and more washers and dryers are broke and people take up 3 or 4 dryers so sometimes it is difficult to even find a dryer. Best time to go is early in the morning when no one is there. Other than that the staff is very friendly and they work hard to keep,the place clean.
