Im gonna have to give this laundromat a rate of 2 for now since my wallet was stolen last night within a few minutes of me setting it down. Was really hoping to immediately look at the camera footage to see who it could have been so we could have confronted the person. Now I lost my wallet with my license safety cards for the plants and over $200.

Hell when it's well...but it is sick a lot.....I have used these guys before and it was all good...but the main reason I use them is because they are open 24/7.....as the website reads..... however, when I got there at 7:15 Saturday morning, they sure looked closed to me! .... definitely messed up my plans beings that I am here from out of town working and this is the only time I can 'conviently' wash my clothes....it's not the end of the world, but it does read oped 24 hours a day!

Best laundry place in lake charles... They take cash or card and have a variety of sizes of washers. This place is relatively clean and staff are great, one star taken away only cause this place gets busy on weekends so avoid the last minute Sunday laundry day.

I called to see how much it was to wash and dry clothes myself, as I have never washed clothes here. The lady I spoke to talked to me like I was an idiot! She was trying to explain to me how to wash clothes as if I've never had to wash clothes before.... She told me "you put the clothes in the washer and when they're done, you put them in the dryer" I hung up after that. She was EXTREMELY sarcastic when answering any questions and VERY unprofessional. She even decided to laugh at me when I asked the prices. Check your workers out and give them lessons on professionalism because whoever I spoke to made me NEVER want to go there.

Really poor service. 2 weeks in a row they've not been able to get it right. Dropped my clothes off last time and they lost them for 2 days. This time I had a scheduled pick up and have them 2 extra hours before going there and nothing was folded and most were still damp . On top of that, they lost one pair of my pants. Offered a 20% discount for hauling to do 30% of the work. This was my last time doing business there . Paid 20 bucks to have to replace a pair of $40 pants .

SO nice! Very clean, new machines. Clean building. Clientele were nice too. We were here for the Baseball World Series & needed to wash uniforms almost every day. It was very convenient. You didn't even need quarters to use the machines. You could download their app, scan the machine & it would charge your account. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you

It have extra large washing machines. dryers they are good and not expensive. And all will work every time. There extra size dryers and small and medium for huge loads and small loads. It have vending machine available inside. I like the new card option for each machine itself. No need to search for coins. It have coin machine and all other washing things available iside. It’s only busy on saturdays and Sunday evenings weekdays it’s empty and that’s best time to go for washing

Never have any problems. The machines have always worked wonderfully even though it's a bit expensive to wash. They have two change machines, two vending machines but no ATM. There are bathrooms but they're not open 24/7.

I use to like this place. But this place seems to not care about who manages it. The older white lady in there is rude and acts like you are stupid. It gets super hot on the side with all of the dryers, so common sense says to me that you should turn on the fans so that your customers don't faint from being soo hot. Mind you, she had the other side nice and cool where she was working, and she even gave me an attitude about asking if she could turn the fans on. She told me to give her a few minutes. Many minutes went by. I was about done folding my clothes when her co-worker was the one that reminded her. I think she should have immediately went and switched on the fans and then she could have proceeded with training her co-worker. I was truly upset, and now I will be finding a new laundromat. I don't ever get treated like that.

This laundromat is open 24 hours and is conveniently located to my house. But every time I go there are several machines broken. They also advertise an app that will let you scan a QR code to pay, but the machines don't actually have the QR codes so the app is useless.

Very clean and organized. Well equipped to handle the traffic it brings. The women working in the back part were very helpful and courteous. Has HUGE washers and dryers to wash multiple loads at once and get you in and out.
