Came here because our dryer stopped working. WE WERE JUST DRYING CLOTHES! And the lady came out of the building with an attitude from hell telling us we can't wash anything. I'm not blind I can read your sign. We tell her that were just drying clothes and she snaps again that if my stuff isn't done by 10 she's locking the doors. Again I can read your store hours. We're not stupid and don't deserve to be treated as such. So thanks old lady with a messed up attitude. You need to find a new job

It’s in the policies (rules) do not leave laundry unattended and do not leave laundry inside machine after it’s run it’s cycle. When people are waiting on washing machines and you are not even at the laundromat and you clothes have ended, don’t get angry when someone pulls them out and puts them in your laundry basket. You are being extremely inconsiderate. You broke the rules. You don’t like someone messing with your clothes, stay and watch your laundry and move it from washer to dryer, when they have ended cycle. Be angry at yourself! Don’t be rude, others need to use these machines as well. The laundromat doesn’t make money by having people leave clothes in the washers, where’s others cannot use them!

Ms Shelly I think was her name. Made my day. I expected another telemarketer it had been a bad day and she was so sweet. I accidentally left a few items behind this is weeks later. Not at the cleaners no. Maybe I should try there. Sure enough I left a message and they got right back with me while writing this review. The inner part of the washer is so full of mold and gross stuff the whole time I was washing a comforter there I was so afraid it would be contaminated by the mold and sludge that was spinning around the front part of the washer staff was unfriendly tried to get them to wash the comforter the lady was so rude and acted like she didn't want to do it so I ended up washing it myself had I known I would have gone somewhere else

I brought my new comforter there to be cleaned after flood, it was just dusty. Well they fried it, dried it like a french fry. Now one girl tells me if she would have done it, she wouldn't have dried it, just hung it. I told them gentle wash and low heat. Now they want to give me $50 on a $250 comforter, which I got on sale. I wouldn't bring anything there. I've been waiting for weeks now on a return call to see what else they're going to do. I try calling and all they say is they have to talk to the owner. I know people make mistakes and maybe she was new, but that's not my fault. Oh and these were new dryers, she said the other ones did that same thing. Duh !!!!
