Dropped off two brand new dress shirts two days ago with break resistant buttons. Front lady was very rude and condescending. I asked if I could get heavy starch on the collar and cuffs of my dress shirts. Her reply to this was "You've never been here before, have you?" When I picked up my dry cleaning and brought it home, I noticed that one of the dress shirts had a button that had been completely broken to pieces. They covered this up by unbuttoning the top button on the damaged shirt and folding the tops of the shirt outwards. The other shirts i dropped off had the top portions buttoned up all the way. I will not be going here again.

Professional atmosphere and care for your items

Brought our King comforter to them last week because our new puppy used the bathroom on it. Picked it up Friday and they had it in a carrying case, nice and folded. Was very pleased until we pulled it out Sunday to find it had something all over it. Kind of looked like ink/burnt blue receipt that they give out. Brought it there today (Monday) and the lady tells me it’s candy and we’ll have to pay for it again. At this point we’re just hoping they didn’t ruin the comforter but terrible customer service with a rude attitude acting as if there was no way they could’ve made a mistake during the cleaning process.
