The workers aren't friendly, the process to wash clothes is irritating ( buy a card, then put money on it) u can't know what your going to use, but whatever u put on the card you DON'T get refunded, I have 4 cards with money on it I can't use anywhere else.

Great laundromat! Three different sizes of washers to accommodate whatever load size you have. Two different sizes of driers, 4 very large and more than 25 moderate. Even on busy days it only takes an hour or so to wash, dry, fold if you pay attention. Staff are usually very helpful.

My 2nd time going here and I experienced racism from a customer. He showed no kind of respect as I repeatedly said excuse me nicely and loud enough so he can hear while trying to walk pass with 2 bags of clothes as my husband carried 3 bags behind me. The man DID NOT apologize and barely moved just giving me a tiny space to pass through as if he owned the place. I will not tolerate disrespect and had I said anything i know the police would have been involved. The staff should definitely do a better job at making ALL CUSTOMERS OF (ALL COLORS) feel comfortable and treated equally with respect!!! To add on the staff that was there wasnt even friendly .

I live 30+ minutes away in Prairieville, and travel here weekly to wash my clothes. The two facilities (White Dove in Gonzales and Suds & Tubs in Prairieville) I tried before I found Cyclone. Both were dirty, smelled bad, equipment was out of order or being used for their fluff and fold service so off limits to regular customers, and the staff was unfriendly to say the least. Even my daughter commented on the lack of cleanliness and rude staff at both of the previously mentioned locations. I decided based on the good reviews I’d make the drive to Baton Rouge. Totally worth it! The place is clean, the washers smell good, the staff is super friendly and helpful (as well as the owner who I chatted with today) and they have a comfy couch and vending machine to keep my 11 year old happy along with the free WiFi. And the best part....washers are done in FOURTEEN MINUTES. No longer do I have to sit at the laundromat for 2 hours or more waiting on my clothes to finish. My husband likes his jeans dry cleaned and creased, so it’s a one-stop-shop for me. They also offer delivery (and I believe pick up?) as well as fluff and fold services. Card system is easy to use and prices are reasonable. Won’t go anywhere else as long as we live in the area!

Need to buy card ($1) to put money on, so bummer if you're not a regular, but worth it for the quality of place. Stopped in 2 other pretty dingy laundromats in town before finding this one. Free wifi access.

I've tried a couple of other laundry services in Baton Rouge. Cyclone Laundry is the best. I use the drop off service. They listen carefully when I have special instructions about how I want certain pieces of laundry done. For example - "Please wash this in cold and dry on the lowest temperature setting." I love that the card they give you is linked to you in their system. I used their wash and fold service and my clothes were so clean, they did great stain removal and their attention to detail is impressive. I can't wait to use this place again! I'd like to use it a third time before I leave the go on the third segment of my business trip, but I won't have enough laundry accumulated by then. Compared to services here, I'm dreading having to use what's available in the next place I'll be.

This is the best laundry delivery service in the area. With homes in larger cities, and being accustomed to relying on these types of services, when I am visiting LSU they are my go to. They do stain removal and actually follow directions on personal preferences. Also, they let you pick delivery time.

Very good. The laundromat is very clean and fast. Roughly 15-20 minutes for wash, 30 minutes to dry. A friend has utilized their drop-off service quite frequently and she says she loves it too. The staff is very helpful, courteous, and friendly too.

Nice facility. However, not good for a single use. They make you buy a card, which costs $1 and is not refundable. The machines are also much more expensive than normal, but they are very fast. Great for the college students in the area, not so great for full-time traveling RVers like us.

My husband went in a few weeks ago to use their internet because he had a work thing that couldnt be done on my mac and needed to be run on internet explorer (lol) and the whole environment was nice. I'd like to go back to do laundry, but I'm unsure of their prices. We'd have to use the giant washer/dryer (we have A LOT), so I think itd be pretty neat to have machine prices on the website. Literally my only complaint lol.

Cyclone is THE place to wash your clothes if you attend LSU. Their washers and dryers operate by a card purchase system and are reasonably priced. The best buy for the money is the largest capacity dryer starting (literally) for $3.00. The name 'cafe' is a misnomer as they offer no food and only vending machine snacks and drinks. A visit to the Cracker Barrel about 200 feet down the street for a larger variety of drinks and a snack is recommended.

Horrible. When I got home with my comforters last night I opened the bag and immediately knew that one wasnt mine. I had a 1 month old 1000 tc Egyptian Cotton Concierge Collection Allergen Goose Down Comforter. The one I got back not only was too small for my bed, it felt horrible, the tags were on the bottom middle- mine were on the bottom side, it smelled like old fast food, it was clearly microfiber and not 1000 tc, It was also dingy white and mine was bright and new..n and I googled the brand on the tag and it pulled up as a target brand that they sell for $29.99!!. I have my online receipt from purchase clearly shows the brand on the tag and my purchase price of $249 plus tax and shipping. I called them within 7 minutes of returning home last night and they told me they werent sure of what happened, and that there was another comforter there besides our 2, then they call me back and the boss says i can come in this morning to watch the tapes and when I called the lady who was clearly foreign was extremely rude and made me feel like this was MY fault. I paid $57 for them to wash my comforters because they have a bigger dryer than I do and i wasnt expecting to get someone elses raggedy comforter back. I want mine! They said there is nothing they can do and that is absolutely unacceptable. They changed their story since last night and said that ours were the only 2 there but that was not the case last night. Dont bring your expensive items there! You will get screwed

This place is the best. My fiance and I both work ungodly amounts of hours all 7 days of the week. Its incredibally difficult for us to find the time to wash small loads of laundry frequently. Cyclose helps us tackle weeks worth of laundry in less than 2 hours. I find this place is a great value. They have multiple 60lbs/load machines that allow me to wash 3 weeks worth of laundry in roughly 30 minutes. The cost of the machine is $7. After doing that math, to wash 2 peoples clothes built up over 3-4 weeks, it costs so much less that renting or buying your own machine. In the last year of visiting, Ive only spent $143 for washing and drying. They offer free wifi, so you can work or study while you wait on your clothes. Ive never needed to drop my laundry off, but they offer a service where you drop off your dirty clothes. They wash, dry, and properly fold your clothes. All in all, its a great place. There are so many machines, you can still get in and out quick even during peak hours!

This laundry facility is wonderful. It's very clean and they take debit cards. There is also an ATM onsite. They sale Laundry detergent in the single and large sizes. Also a thing I love is the Bill breaker. You put in a 20 and it gives you Change in bills not coins. There are TVs and computers to pass the time as well as free WIFI. I'd definitely come back again.

It's extreme clean, the staff is friendly, there's free Wi-Fi, and it's conveniently located! The ONLY thing keeping it from getting a full 5 stars is the "Dad Music" they insist on piping in! Come on guys... I've been coming here for years (If you see a black guy in glasses typing furiously on his small laptop with the Saints logo on it, that's me. LOL) and I have yet to hear anything but the same bland music. Heck, even as I sit in here and write this review, I'm hearing yet another sappy and horrible version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow". Good effing grief, I love you guys, I love you to pieces, but for the love of all that is good and holy, get some old school music going like some Motown! A little Otis Redding, Johnny Taylor, Tina Turner, SOMETHING!! But other than the musical selections, this place is awesome and will have my business for the foreseeableA future. Just bring a pair of headphones.

Though pricier than most laundromats, you get a FAR better experience: giant washing machines and driers, free wi-fi, TV, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, ability to use cards instead of coins, vending machines, etc. Pro tip: go when students are asleep to save time. All the machines will be open.

Best Laundromat in Baton Rouge. Been going there for years. Initially found it post a hurricane. I had tons of laundry and they were open. The owner and staff are always nice. Its always clean and the staff is very helpful. You can relax and do your laundry. Lots of space. Worth the time, travel and money. Go there and get it done in peace while you study or whatever you do on the internet. They even have computers if you need one and don't have one. I always recommend Cyclone to anyone looking for a laundromat. They never disappoint! I won't ever go anywhere else!

Disclaimer: my rating is an average of the ~7 times I used their services. I really don't write reviews very often, but since last time I went there I saw a sign hanging on their door asking for it, here is mine. First of all, my review refers only to the drying cleaning service which is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The overall rating for this business is probably inflated by the laundry service but seriously, how can you possibly screw up with an automatic laundry service? BTW, regarding the dry cleaning: I took my shirts there 3 different times and every single time at least one shirt damaged, namely with several buttons cracked/chipped. You might wonder: what's the big deal, just ask to replace the buttons, right? Right, except that once I ended up having half of the buttons yellow, and the other half white (the originals). Eventually, because they couldn't find more white or yellow button, they changed all the buttons to transparent. Needless to say how bad a shirt with completely transparent buttons looks, but whatever. The rest of the times I was (relatively) lucky enough to have spare buttons inside the shirt, so if you really wanna bring your shirts there at least make sure you have spare buttons. Of course replacing the buttons takes extra days (apparently no one in there know how to sew buttons) which makes their service completely unreliable. Once I even remembered paying for the rush service and getting my stuff late and damaged. Of course the owner didn't even think that AT LEAST he should have reimbursed the rush fee, which would be the bare minimum he could do. But whatever, 2$ aren't a big deal for me, but I am sure that mean a lot to him. Since then I never took there anything again, until last week when I thought that they probably would not screw up drying cleaning and pressing a pant (~7$), which is the easiest thing to press after table clothes. Wrong. It was just ridiculous , look at the pics . The only reason why I went there multiple times is because I live very close and I don't have a car, but I am done with them. Also, they claim not to be liable for damages to stuff that goes to the dry cleaning, so you might think twice before you take there anything valuable.

Please don't close early because the store has been slow all day. Please follow your normal business hours. The store is currently having its Sunday night rush. I arrived at 8pm and was immediately told the store is closing early. Staff said the store has been slow all day, so they are closing early despite hours clearly posted on door. They also are turning off some of the lights while we're still here.

My "go to" laundromat for years. Feels clean, safe, and well supported. I would go there after kids returned from camp and clean the entire batch in a couple of hours. I go there anytime my washer or dryer are out. I hit it up at least 2 times a year to wash all my slipcovers.

Great for wifi. Clean. Expensive for large loads of clothes (1.85/lb). Visitors always leave their things. Staff say to ask to move them, but slack on moving their own washed and dried items, and essentially refuse to move others, so clothes will sit for more than an hour; this makes it a challenge to move through quickly. The amount of larger washers and dryers (4 each) need to be expanded. Never forget your own washing supplies. Theirs are very expensive.

Giant machines...no really, there's a dryer in there that's comically large. But it's cool, they offer drop off service, which is legit. And if you want to do your own laundry they have WiFi and usually play pretty chill music in the background

As far as laundromats go, this place is awesome. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of washers & dryers to choose from (that actually CLEAN your clothes well), and the card system they use is very convenient to use... No need for bags of quarters here. Great place!

The prices are slightly higher and sometimes the dryers pop open and no one tells you or closes them so you lose your dryer time unless you're monitoring them for the entire hour. But other than that, I habe zero complaints (except for the irritating pop and country music they sometimes blast in there...but I learned to bring headphones).
