These people cannot follow simple instructions. I told these people several times to bend and crease my sleeves. And when I went to pick up my shirt's, I had no crease at all.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had my comforter for almost four weeks. Said it would be ready in a week. Went to pick it up after two weeks. Brought it home and it had never been cleaned! Took it back and they promised to get it cleaned. I could come back in a week to pick it up. I called to check on it a week later and they said it was ready. Went to pick it up and my comforter couldn’t be located. Spent almost a week going back and forth until I had to finally go to the main location and demand to go in the back and look for it myself. Found it on the floor next to a table still in the bag and had never been touched! I asked for the owner to call me, which he never did. Unbelievable!

Horrible first time ever using them had to prepay for a discount for 3 suits that totaled $38.40 and that I could pick them up the next day I waited two days to pick them and all the suits were still wrinkled they apologized and asked to redo them I agreed and the same thing the second time so now I'm asking for a refund for services not rendered I asked to speak to the manager or owner who I found out later his name is Mark Lee but he never got back at me still to this day, the manager at the store apologizedagain and asked could I keep them there over the weekend til Monday so that she could show him I obliged I get there Monday they pressed at them and added sizing to make it not wrinkled wow but I never gave consent smh so please whoever reads this stay away from here at any cost if I could give them no stars I would first impressions and customer service go a long way in life

I will not be using this cleaners again. I took a white blazer to have some spots removed. It was returned to me with the cleaning chemical stains on the jacket. I would not have given them one star if it were not a must to post!

Horrible customer service and they ruined 2 expensive (Hermès) scarves. When I brought it to their attention, I was told a manager would be calling me. I’m still waiting on that call and that was two weeks ago. Never going back.
