Do not use Cleanerama, please, for the sake of any garment you own. I tried them last week (they’re conveniently located on my way to work). I brought in 5 pieces, it was over $70. They created double creases, and creases where they weren’t supposed to be. They ruined a shirt which was a slinky material, and now is stiff and rough to the touch. The owner, an Asian lady, was very dismissive and rude. The lack of quality is appalling, especially for the price. There are much better places in the city for far less money.

Sent my husband’s suit here yesterday. Cleanerama did a great job! We needed turn around service due to short notice, and they fit us in perfectly!! Would certainly do business again in the future!

Had been using this dry cleaner for approximately 7 years without complaint. We brought some drapes in to have them dry cleaned. They washed the drapes because they believed they were sheets. Understanding that mistakes happen, I went in to discuss this with the owners. After explaining the situation, the owner literally started screaming at me and didn't stop the entire rest of the time I was there. She told me that she had never made a single mistake in her life. It was utterly insane. I will not return.

Okay....I didn't even get in the door. Why? Because i I called ahead to find out more about their services and the woman who answered the phone was impossible to understand and then she started talking to somebody else while she was on the phone with me. I did understand one thing she said...."we not responsible for what happens to dress we hem." DONE.

Didn't get the spot out of my shirt and then made me wait 10 minutes to checkout. Ended up saying I didn't have to pay after arguing with me about whether the spot was the fabric or actually something on it. Will definitely be going somewhere else.

Picked up my alterations and I’m not sure if they expected me to not look at it in store and therefore get away with it or if they really thought it wouldn’t matter that the zipper I took in to be restiched because the stiching at the bottom of the zipper popped was done so by a child on the top of the garment all these cross cross threads?! She then tells me she didn’t have a machine. My grandmother can stitch by hand and it doesn’t look like that! What kind of place takes in alterations w no machine and then doesn’t call the customer to inform them they cannot do it and takes it upon themselves to subject my dress to that lousy attempt.

Absolutely terrible alterations--they ruined my skirts (uneven seams, just sowed a loop in the waistband instead of removing excess fabric) and dresses (uneven seams and did not remove excess fabric from where it was tailored in). Then they refused to provide me with any discount or reimbursement. Do not take your stuff here! I will not be going back.

Took in a shirt to be cleaned, and a pair of pants to be hemmed. Shirt was cleaned and ready on time. Nothing spectacular, but everything you'd want from dry cleaning. The pants were very well done. Stitches were even and well-sewn. Looks good, and looks like they'll stay in.
