The carpet in the house was 18 years old and never been professionally cleaned! Terribly stained to say the least! I called Chemdry of Greater Baton Rouge and made an appointment to have the carpet cleaned. When Tres' Armand arrived he proceeded to clean the carpet and it was like a miracle! The carpet came out clean and almost like new again! My husband and other family members could not believe that it was the same carpet!! It smelled so good and clean and looked wonderful. I will always use Chemdry. I asked Tres' Armand to give me some business cards to share with my friends! Excellent Job!!!!

I chose Chemdry because of the reviews i read so i feel that it is only fair to give my review. i contacted the location via email asking for a quote. I was contacted within about an hour. I spoke with Trey over the phone and gave him a little information which in turn gave me a quote. I gave him the address where my couch and chair was located and when I would have to have it cleaned and he agreed. It was an older button tucked velvet couch and a very old chair with some stains. He notified me when he was headed to the location and my mother-in-law met him. I was not there during the process but my mom said he was extremely professional and polite. I was able to go by and see the finished product and was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the results. THANK YOU SO MUCH TREY for a job well done. I will contact you in the furture for any other cleanings i may need and will definently be recommending you to all who are looking.

My Chem Dry Technician Aulton is the best. He was fast and efficient. He cleaned the attachments before doing my carpet which is great, because the whole point is to clean the carpet and not put another person's nastiness on your carpet. He was also had a great personality. I will definitely use Chem Dry for all of my flooring and upholstery cleaning needs in the future.

I have two old chairs with years of nicotine exposure. Tres' came to the house and pretested the chairs to make sure he could get them clean. He did not charge for this service. Then, after I was satisfied with the pre cleaning, he returned and cleaned both chairs. Nicotine smell is gone. Great cleaning and service. I would highly recommend ChemDry.
