Facility was clean, attendants were nice, equipment was efficient and above standards. Very limited seating within. Biggest complain is the card system. While this is a nice feature for people that do not have cash and need to use a card, you must put at least $5 on the prepaid card with a credit or debit card. The pricing of the machines was odd and made using the amount on the card nearly impossible therefore I have money sitting on a card I will not be using again.

Suds n Duds has been great. Many different size washers, the smallest being a 20 lb load (costs $2.25 per load) and the Goliath holds 90 lbs and costs $9 or so. The dryers are pretty inexpensive. I believe they're all the same size and cost $0.29 per 5 minutes. I usually do two loads of 20 lb wash and combine those in one dryer for fifteen mins (total price: $5.37).

I drive from Winchester just to do my laundry here on my day off we have a laundry mat in Winchester but it’s just terrible so I gladly drive to either Suds and Duds or Chevy Chase because having clean machines that work properly, free WiFi and attendants that are very helpful and always have a smile on their face is soo very worth the short drive from Winchester to lexington Thx girls, keep up the good work!!! Fantastic laundry mat. Very clean, easy to use, and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and are determined by the weight of laundry you're washing. I typically use the 30 pound unit (about a week and half's clothing for a single guy for some context) and it costs $3.95 for a wash that takes 26 minutes. You can use liquid detergent or the pods. I recommend bringing your own though because the detergent they sell there is pretty expensive. Drying clothes is cheap as well. Less than $0.50 for every 5 minutes of drying time. 30 minutes at high temp is fine as the high temp setting is pretty high. Dryers are also huge so your clothes have lots of room to tumble so they don't wrinkle. You can refill your laundry card with a credit card.

Very expensive and have to use a card to do laundry. Minimum amount to add money on the card is $5. Dryers take about a 25 minutes to dry. Heavier items take longer. I left with we clothes

Very clean! The double loader is $2.60. (Hold 20lbs of clothes) The triple loader is $3.95. (It holds 30 lbs) the 50lb one is $5.25, 60lb is $6.25 and the 90lb machine is $10.14. You can fit 3 queen sized comforters in it! All machines are clean and work great. The dryers are hot! 180 degrees on high and it has 3 settings. (Med, low) they are only $0.29 for 5mins of time. It takes about 20 mins to dry a load. They use a laundry card system so no need to dig around for quarters. Just bring in cash or you can use a debit/credit card. There is always an attendant on duty to help you out. Or just drop it off and have it washed, dried and folded for you for only $1.25 a lb for clothes. They can also do your comforters, horse blankets, curtains, rugs, ect... The list goes on and on. The staff is the best! Always happy to help and they keep the store spotless.

From outta state. When I found this Laundromat I wasn't familiar with their process. The staff was amazing! She was hard at work but not too busy to take time to explain everything. The equipment worked perfectly. The prices were reasonable. ..and the entire store was clean. I took some flyers back to my hotel. I hope others who ate not familiar with the area will give Duds N Duds some extra business.

I was in town for a work contract between November 2016 and February 2017 and I used Suds N Duds pretty much weekly the duration of my stay at the hotel across the street. The staff are all friendly and efficient, and were happy to accommodate my detergent/softener and dryer heat requests. They also always provided same day service and called to let me know when my clothes were ready. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again if I return to the area!

splendid as far as a laundromat can go. refillable card makes it a breeze and now I can quit collecting quarters, so of course I come here to do laundry. plus, the attendants are sweet and keep the place shiny clean.

This place is outstanding. Attendant Diane was constantly cleaning, folding, and helping customers. I could not believe how phenomenal the customer service was. Diane helped me with every question my family and I had while helping others. Also this is the cleanest Laundry Matt I have EVER been to, and the best facilities! This owner has a wonderful business and wonderful attendant on their hands!

FALSE ADVERTISING. There is no free dry with a paid wash. This billboard is an outdated advert. I have witnessed customers being rude to housekeeping staff when they find out that there is no free dry with a paid wash. They need to remove the picture associated with this Google listing. When the business removes the misleading picture associated with this Google listing I will update my star rating of this business. The housekeeping staff here are very hospitable and very helpful. Mary is awesome.
