I called to report that the home on my street that they have been working on has had a FULL dumpster sitting in the driveway for sometime. (At least a week.) It smells, it is attracting raccoons and rodents, and it is just simply disgusting. They did look into whether they ordered the dumpster and they did return my call, however, they said it will not be removed until at least Monday. Yes, this is Friday (early afternoon), but it has been full for sometime. It should have been removed long ago and I should not have had to complain about it in the first place. There are lots of small children and pets around this neighborhood. No one should have to deal with the garbage, the rats, and the raccoons!!!

Needed help drying out wood floors from a water leak. Service was performed well by Fernando and the other technicians. Wood floors were able to be saved without replacement. Marsha was also a great help on the scheduling and business side.

The worse company to do repairs , every time they send somone to fix something it’s a subcontractor they use and they leave all the trash outside they are never on time and they always change the day of when they are going to be there

ServPro Lex took care of me in a time of turmoil. The owner, Jason, showed up to my house @ 4:00am the morning of our house fire. In a time of panic he assured me that his team would take care of everything. He did not disappoint, ServPro lex had boots on the ground that very morning, securing our home and removing the debris. In a incredibly stressful time Jason and his ServPro team handled EVERYTHING from negotiations with the insurance company, clean up, the contract work, inspections, paint, literally everything. Most importantly I felt as if I was always their top priority. I was able to move back into my home faster than I ever thought possible. ServPro Lex is first class on all accounts. Many thanks to Jason, Tim, Becky, Emily and all of the ServPro Lex employees. Do not waste your time with anyone else.

, If I could give 00 stars plus more 00000's I would they dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is the most worthless company!!! We have called them 2x's now due to having flooded apartments, both times they state they have no one who can help. Then they try and schedule for different day vs. The day the water is fresh, which postponing will only cause further issue. This company is absolutely ridiculious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my drive home yesterday, I saw a man riding his bicycle with a giant trash bag full of cans strapped to his back. As he crossed over some railroad tracks, his bag broke open and his cans spilled all over the road/tracks. Without hesitation, a Servpro van (I think it was van P6) pulled over and everyone inside the van jumped out and grabbed handfuls of bags from the back. They helped the man clear the cans out of the road and helped him load them into new bags. You guys should be proud of the employees that jumped in to help someone in need without hesitating. It was inspiring to watch, and this act of service has made me a fan of your company. In the future, I will be using Servpro for my home and my business needs. Please tell your employees thank you.
