I absolutely liked the vendor who I bought the item from!! It was a nice deal BUT the older lady at front desk was not very pleasant or nice!! If I was buying because of her I would NOT have purchased item!! She needs LOTS of customer service training!! I will probably not revisit this store!!

Over all it was helpful..I was looking for a Large punch bowel..Found 3, 2 of which were priced accordingly, the other one was way too expensive for a Peddlers Mall. I wish I could have had more time to look closer at each of the booth's (The ones that you could tell people had put time into making them nice) I'll be going back to get some items to update my walls.

Comparing to other Peddler Mall's, this one has many booths that are empty, near empty. The place felt old and untidy. If you go to another Peddlers, you will immediately see a difference. Others are cleaner; booth vendors are available to assist with their items (and sometimes cut deals); it may not mean much, but having music playing is also noticed. Happy shopping!

I've been goin there for years now and never had any problems until today. My mom which is a senior citizen was asked to leave her purse in the car because they said it was too large. She has carried that bag in there many times without incident and we mentioned that. Well then the lady asked could she look in it after we shopped, and we told her no. Why would we let you look through our private property she was not a cop and we are not thieves. Needless to say we turned around and left. They have lost some loyal customers, and that WAS my favorite Peddlers.

Employees are nice. Plenty of variety of booths. Books, DVDs, laundry soap and other bathroom/kitchen necessities, UofK & UofL fashion, paintings, carpet, antiques, toys, knives, shoes, alterations, mirrors, appliances and more! There is a public restroom but by key only.

You’re getting this review because all locations have same owner. “We reserved the right to search....” “You break it, you bought it”. Theres a reason you don’t see these policies anywhere else, well at least since 1985. Its just bad business. It shows a complete lack of understanding of customer service and retail trade. There is not a single item in the store thats worth running off repeat business. Even suggesting a customer pay for something they broke is obtuse. The entire world understands that with the exception of this place. I have spent at least $5,000 in these Louisville stores over the past two years. Won’t be spending another red cent. I have had flea market booths in the past and have done quite well. Every week I found at least one item broken and one item stolen. Its a cost of doing business. You have a REAL business, its not a yard sale, and its not your living room curio cabinet. If I talked to a customer, or treated a customer the way my brother was treated today I would fully expect the mall to kick me out. The owner of this place needs to find real businessman and ask for some help and the vendor that ran off thousands in business needs booted from every location. If $2 ashtrays are making or breaking him he probably needs to find another hobby anyway.

It's an indoor yard sale, my one complaint some of the booths are stuffed with things but you can't get in and look at things it's so cluttered. I think if the booths are to be rented that policy be made that items should be presented neatly it reflects on the business and that stuff is to be sold not dumped.

This blonde lady the manager there accused my girlfriend of stealing when she accidentally got recepts mixed up from the other one. Are you kidding me she should be fired you can not humiliate someone in front of others like that especially when its false accusations. Public slander at its best. Rebecca is her name. And I as I see she's been a real jerk to others as well. This was not a false situation the lady lied about her name. It was not terri it was Rebecca. It this did happen and another employee came out to my car to apologize for her actions and wreckless mouth. Also if viewers read previous reviews they will see this is a recurring issue with the people there. And obviously the issue isn't addressed just swept under the rug.

Really unorganized. Most booths are grocery store dry goods resellers. Some booths looked like they were just the result of heavy pickup day dropoffs.

Antes este lugar era un muy buen sitio para hacer compras baratas y de calidad, con un personal cálido que te hacían sentir como en casa y con ganas de repetir la experiencia. Ya no y es una pena. Precisamente el personal ha cambiado su forma de ser con los clientes y no es que sean otras personas son los mismos. Tratan fatal a la clientela siempre serios incluso rozando lo huraño, se enfadan por cualquier tontería. He sido testigo de discusiones grandes con clientes habituales, y creo esto no debería pasar. Sin duda este lugar ya no es lo que era creo no volveré a recomendarlo ni iré nunca más. Muy lamentable todo. Cada día van a peor y el personal más intratable con los clientes. He llegado a quejarme directamente con atención al cliente de este sitio y no ofrecen solución, justifican abiertamente el proceder de las cajeras. Muy mal todo la verdad, al paso que van se quedarán sin clientes.

I truly enjoy this Peddlers Mall. I've found wonderful bargains over the yrs. In defense of the ladies at the front desk, they are just what they should be, pure business. I don't want conversation, I just want them to check me out accurately, and they do! They are fast & efficient, unlike a few of the other Peddlers Malls where they want to carry on a conversation not only with me, but with the other employees. Thanks Ladies at the Outer Loop Mall, you do a great job! Keep it up. Those that are offended, grow up!
