Honestly the best laundry experience I've ever had. I had been traveling for a couple months and was moving that weekend, so I didnt have time to take care of the laundry that was piling up. They took amazing care of all 25 lbs of laundry I dropped off in a super timely manner, for an unbeatable price! By far the best drop off laundry service I've ever experienced! Would recommend to anyone!

If you're a last minute person, it technically closes an hour before google says Haha. Just tried to pull up and do some last minute washing because I work most the day and they were closed before google said. Might want to clarify those hours as far as last wash and everything is concerned so people like me don't drive out only to find it already closed.

I'd used their drop-off service for a while and had good experiences, but a couple months ago I noticed some items had gone missing. I called and they were helpful, but they said they hadn't seen them. 4 or 5 drop-off/pick-ups later, the items showed up, cleaned and folded, with no mention of them being found. The facilities are nice, prices are good, and service is friendly, but I'm no longer comfortable using their drop-off service.

It's clean and there is an attendant on duty during the entire day. Their prices are reasonable and the machines are kept in great condition. Free Wi-Fi. And they also have a drop off service.

Drop off service here is great. I normally used to do my laundry Sunday at midnight because it was convenient for me. However, some times it just was too busy of a day and I'd end up needing to put it off. I called around for prices. Decided to go with Newport Wash & Tan. The attendants that work here are absolutely fabulous. I've been using them for about a month now and it's such a small weight off my shoulders that I now don't have to worry about doing laundry. I greatly appreciate this service!

I really do love the new laundromat compared to the old one very spacious very nice very roomy lots of washer and dryers to choose from it really is very nice laundromat !! And they have 80 lb washers to choose from that's a plus. I love ( I think her name is Nancy) who works there she's the only one that I see that works very hard compared to the rest of them, I always see them outside smoking cigarettes they're very rude as well... I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. My mother goes there my sister as well and some of my friends that I have referred there as well other customers have said that to. Need to get people who have good customer service skills and people who care and want to help your customers. Just get the impression that they just don't care at all !! But other than that a beautiful laundromat.

This is my worst experience in whole my life. Staff are not friendly and the biggest problem is. I came to this place in my first time to wash my clothes, and after I put my clothes in the dryer, I went to the Starbucks to have some coffee but after I came back and got my clothes, so when I arrived home, I was surprising that my beautiful Tim t-shirt was not here and I couldn't find it because someone stole it when I went Starbucks. Extremely disappointed

Keep an eye on your stuff, and your dryer. The regular clientele thinks it's funny to put your "cool" dryer on "hot," resulting in all your clothes shrinking.

First off, I had originally loved their work. Then, their work started to slack off. I noticed a certain worker started to take over my clothing. She wanted to do my clothes all the time. My clothes started to come back wrinkled, discolored, shrunken and brittle. I started to come at different times so other people would do them. But she caught on and soon was there all the time. So I just went with it. Then one day I was getting ready to go to the airport and picked up my clothes to pack. I got home and there were someone elses clothes mixed in with mine. So I called the laundry and they said they would call me back within the half hour. two hours go by and no call. so I call them back and no answer for over half hour. So I have no choice but to call the girl that the clothes belong to . I explain everything to her. I also explain that time is running out and that I am litteraly getting in the car to go to the airport in less than an hour. She come to get her clothes with the woman from the laundromat. That would be fine and all but the redhead from the laundromat starts cussing me out using the f-bomb many many times in front of all of my neighbors saying that I am some sort of sick-o calling her customers on the phone getting them to come to my house. I did not have to call them at all. I could have just given this womans clothes to good-will or thrown them away or waited until I got back three weeks later to give this girl her clothes back to her. This redhead tells me not to come back to the laundromat anymore. I tell the owner in several e-mails with no reply. Something is very wrong here. When one of your employees goes to a customers house and cusses you using the f-bomb for a mistake you made and you don't respond to them you don't deserve to have any business at all. This has been over a year and still not a peep from them.

I pass three laundry drop off places on my way to Newport laundry and I would never go anywhere else. The ladies there are incredibly sweet and easy to work with and the laundry is always done quickly and with great care.
