Really big store a little hard to find things but clean and easily spotted departments.
Lowe's has it all. Got all the supplies I needed to repair some drywall and set a granite stone.
They have hammers. They have nails. You can build anything you want. Me? I'm going to build that daggone treehouse my dad promised me way back in 1985. I have been waiting for it, but I don't think he's ever going to build it. Thank you, Lowe's, for the materials to build my dream.

Every time i come to this Lowe’s, i leave aggravated and i am a very easygoing person. Being a home improvement store, customers generally have questions or ask for advice, at this store, you will get either get an “i don’t know” or a debate from the workers. It’s not all of the employees, just 99 percent of them. Lately, most of my issues have been in the garden center, while shopping, i went out the gate to browse the plants, two associates locked the gate with my buggy full of items on the other side, when i asked if they would let me back in so i could get my stuff, they pretended not to hear me, even when i yelled. So i left and went to Home Depot. Then tonight, i go looking for a tree in the garden center, and before 8 pm, the gate for the garden center was already locked, an hour before closing. Ok, not a huge deal, i had a specific tree i was looking for and asked the three associates out in the front for assistance, and got 3 i don’t knows. So i walked to the front entrance to get in and then back to the garden center, inside i found one, but it wasn’t exactly what i wanted, So like a fool, i asked an associate where more could be found, and he didn’t know and asked a younger blonde female associate, this girl wanted to argue and say that they didn’t have any in the store and just because i seen it on line, doesn’t mean they carry them. Whoa, I’m just going to say the way she talked to me, she’s lucky i walked away, but if it ever happens again, i can’t say that i will. Lowe’s in Glasgow KY is great, and i believe from now on, i will either make the 30 minute drive up Lowe’s in Glasgow or go somewhere else. I spend way too much hard earned money at Lowe’s to have to deal with it

This place is always so unorganized it’s very frustrating. The management here is terrible, most of the time you go to them for help and they can’t help you either. There is a guy that works at pro services named Kelly, very rude guy. I wanted to have a deck built, he was very rude and acted like he didn’t have time to help me. So I just went to Home Depot and got my deck built with them. I’m not shopping here anymore.

I go to Lowe's all the time. The layout of the store is much more appealing to me than other stores of the type. Selection is great and the product manufacturers are who I like. I go here for all my home update needs. I even buy my garden plants and seeds from here in the spring and summer. It's also one of the few places I can find a good price and availability on hickory chunks for my smoker. Parking is usually no issue and if i had to find a complaint it would be the availability of the carts for lumber sometimes. 50/50 chance on whether or not I can find one easily. Not an issue though. I've rented equipment here and always had a good experience. Plus they offer veteran discount when I show them my VA ID card. Cant bet'm. I'll shop here over Home Depot any day.
Typically very helpful staff, i came today to pick up a special order. Service was horrible. It took customer service close to 10 minutes to locate someone to give paperwork to for them to go pull merchandise out from the back. Then I stood and watched that worker stand around chatting with others for more than 5 additional minutes before he finally sauntered off to the back to pull the merchandise. Waited an additional 26 minutes for them to appear with my stuff. Seems they were looking for an item that did not exist! Guys were friendly and helpful but we were there for an hour or more to pick up an order. That is foolish.
Great customer service from kristen. Went to buy a trailer and paid for it, then realized it didn't have electrical hook up for trailer lights. No problem at all with the return and her attitude was great. All employees everywhere should be this to customers. She even checked online to see if there was a comparable trailer to the one I was interested. We didn't find one for the price that had everything, but the effort is what matters.
Jessie brings customer service back and it is refreshing to see. Customers feel appreciated and always get a smile!

I own rental properties in the area often buying appliances or looking for equipment to fill needs that I have at that time most of the time I can make my choices without assistance but there are times that I cannot and it has been difficult to find someone to help in the past not on my recent visit people were there asking if they could help they were smiling acting as if they were glad to be there and help you. it was Without doubt one of the best experiences I have had at a retail establishment in years that Lowes has it down

I live less than 2 miles from this store so I am there often. At times, during a project, I will be there 3 or 4 times a week. They have what I need and the employees are well trained although they seemed to have an influx of new employees which made getting great service a hit and miss. In store service and merchandise is 5 star. Buyer beware of having anything delivered. They were suppose to deliver between 10 and noon. We called the guy who called at 9am around noon but no answer. They told us that we were first on the delivery schedule. When he finally showed up I made the comment about schedules get messed up. He never made a comment and acted like he was going out of his way for us. So, if you see it on shelf you are good. Delivery? Avoid it.
Asked for help. They paged someone. Waited 15 mins no answer, left. Went to home depot got help immediately.

They have everything your looking for, but I think they never heard of customer service!!! You have to catch someone to ask them a question, to get a snob look like your ruining there day !!! People if your goina run a company make sure all your employees are trained well! When I was a CSR every single person that past me I smiled and asked if they needed any help, even if I was having a horrible day.

Today I went to Lowe's in Bowling Green Kentucky. I had galvanized piping for under the house that I had bought and was returning because after two hours of myself and a neighbor working on these pieces of piping and unable to get them to stay together I was returning them for something that would be easier to put together. There was no such animal unfortunately. I asked the girl working in the department if there was anything similar to this that was easier to put together she checked for me and said there wasn't. So I asked her if there was someone there that could put this piping together for me. She went and got Joey. Joey started working on the piping and told me he would show me how they go together at which I replied that I knew how they went together but they wouldn't stay together and then I said " I am not purchasing this piping if someone can't put them together for me", because I was so frustrated with that my blood pressure was going up. After several minutes of Joey and the girl in the department (I did not get her name but she was very helpful) trying to get this piping to go together Charles came back from his lunch break. Charles then took one of the pipe pieces and said that he had never had this kind of trouble with this before. Long story short they (Joey and Charles) worked on this piping for me for 45 minutes to get 5, 5 foot pieces put together. They went above and beyond being helpful. I can't give out enough praise for these three employees. Thank you so much for your help today! Joey and Charles worked so hard and as far as I am concerned they both deserve employee of the month. Thank you to all three of you for your perseverance and dedication to making my day a day I will always remember. I have always used Lowe's as my go to store and I definitely will highly recommend Lowe's in Bowling Green KY. You guys are the best of the best!
Poor communication! Poor customer service! All they care about was the sale, then nothing after. I purchased a washer and dryer on Saturday. I asked for it to be delivered, since it was free. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. I realized shortly after I left that I did not get a delivery time frame for Wednesday so I called back to confirm delivery time. I was told that they don't give a delivery time or even a time frame, that it would just be some time that day. I was also told that they tried to give you a 1 hr heads up that they were coming your way, but that all depended on how their day was going. So let me get this straight, even the cable guy can give a time frame for service, but Lowe's (a huge commercial conglomerate) cannot figure out how long it will take them to make deliveries that day and give me a window of service?!?! Are you freaking kidding me?! Then I asked to confirm my contact info, and was told that the delivery was scheduled for a week from this Wednesday, so 11 days from purchase. This is not what I was told at the time of scheduling. The person I spoke to just acted like I should be well aware that it took 7 to 10 days for delivery. How would I know that? So, then I asked what day would my order be arriving at the store for me to pick it up. I was told they had no way of determining what day of arrival. Again, are you kidding me? Needless to say, the communication is terrible, there service system seems to be very antiquated for this day and time. I did speak to a manager, who was absolutely no help and again treated me as if I was stupid for not knowing that deliveries were always scheduled 7 - 10 days out. Not sure how I'm supposed to know the inner workings of Lowe's delivery services, but apparently I should. My recommendation is don't be in a hurry if you buy something and want it delivered, they will do it in their own sweet time and expect you to be thrilled with it. And if you want to pick it up, be prepared to not know when it will arrive from the warehouse and call daily (their suggestion) to see when it arrives, because they have entirely too many customers and cannot be expected to call you (their words). All they cared about was making the sale, and after that they could care less about you getting your items or not. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, hearing the same thing over and over. Extremely poor customer service and communication.
Lowers was busy today and they were having problems with their alarm system. It would ho off every few minutes at a very high pitch. I didn't shop because my ears were hurting after just a few minutes

Absolutely do not order anything for delivery. Horrific customer service, zero communication. No one I’ve dealt with has been proactive with customers. Poor attitudes abound and follow up procedures are non-existent. Will not be shopping here for anything regardless of any sales that may be going on. It’s not worth the headache of having to deal with the environment and ineptitude. Simply deplorable.
Hardware department person kind and helpful about my question. But took several times to find someone to help. We were told by the helpful employee which correct section we needed we found the item but the person in Plumbing horrible attitude and rude as heck. Smartass behavior is not appreciated when on a professional level is needed. Complained to manager on duty but my issue was not taken seriously
Unfortunately unprofessional and impatient. Employees do not seem happy to work there, and are not happy to help. Why, then, should I be happy to shop there? This is a very sad end to come to, as Lowe's had been my favorite place to shop in our last few cities of residence.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have ordered flooring through Lowe’s three times ( they’re the only store that carries the Pergo flooring that 2/3 of ours house is in). The first two times we had problems with the order not coming in when anticipated from the distribution center and there has been no contact from the store with updated order status. Water under the bridge compared to the most recent order. I went to place an order online for the flooring and it was not available at my local store, but I could have it delivered to a store an hour away, fine. I placed the order on 5/20 and it stated 3-5 days for delivery. No confirmation received that the store received my order so I called to confirm, she stated the order wouldn’t be in until 5/27. On 5/24 my order was delivered to the store. I went to pick up the order on 6/3, store wasn’t busy but I waited almost 45 minutes for my order to be brought up to me. The flooring was not what I ordered. The associate at first tried to make out that I ordered the wrong flooring, which was not correct. He assured me that the store manager would contact me within 48 hours and that he was going to contact the distribution center to get the correct flooring in. 24 hours no response. I called and asked to speak with the flooring associate, he stated that he contacted the distribution center and they were supposed to be sending the right flooring. I requested to have the flooring shipped to my local store or to my home as an inconvenience customer service gesture and he was supposed to have the manager call me the next day. 6/5 6:30 pm I haven’t heard from the store. I called, the store manager was gone for the day so I was transferred to the assistant manager for shipping and receivables. After being on hold 30 minutes and disconnected THREE times I was transferred to her. She was rude and didn’t care about my situation. She refused to offer any concession for my troubles. After arguing with me she finally agreed to have the store manager call me back the next day. 6/6 - 6:30pm, still no call from the store manager. I called the store, he was gone for the day and at this point I’m refusing to speak to anyone else at the store. The customer service representative said she wrote down my information and placed it on the managers desk to call me back first thing the next day. Today is 6/8 and I have yet to hear from the store manager, or anyone else. I don’t know if the correct order was delivered or what the status is of that. My patience is running out. We were supposed to complete the project this weekend, but we are not in possession of the flooring. This is not the way to handle customer’s order issues. I did nothing wrong, this was all on the distribution center for not confirming the correct flooring was going out. So disappointed in the way this has been handled and I don’t appreciate being treated like the mistake was mine. Contacted customer service at Lowe’s Corporate this morning and am waiting for someone to contact me.

I stopped in to buy items to complete a fire pit. I had a photo with dimensions and asked how many blocks I would need. I was told to choose a color, which I did. Then, a young man said he didn't know how many I needed. An older worker came over and told me to tell him how many I wanted because he couldn't help me figure how many I needed. Home Depot didn't have any problem. The nice employee there sold me exactly what I needed. Thank you Home Depot!
Here is why you do not want to have Lowe’s install your fence! April 8, I contacted Lowe’s about putting in a fence. I was told that someone would contact me and measure. April 26, Lowe’s rep. came to my house measured he gave me the price. He had to have full price. April 30, paid. Was told fence would be installed in 2-4 weeks. May 7, check cashed. May 15 and 28 called rep. was told that the installer would call me. May 28, installer called and said the earliest he could install my fence would be June 17. I told him no, just give me my money back. The rep. Called me back and said he would get it done the week of June 10. Here it is June 17 and the fence still is sitting on my driveway.
During recent visits to the Bowling Green Lowe's, both Madison and Richard were extremely helpful in locating the exact lawn care products that I was looking for. It can be overwhelming to shop in such a large store. However, these employees in particular have demonstrated friendliness and prompt attention, as well as excellent knowledge of the various product lines and that has made my shopping experiences at Lowe's much less intimidating. Thank you!

I love that Lowes offers a discount to our military families. We have had to purchase a hot water heater and a new stove and oven because ours died on Christmas day while in the process of trying to cook our holiday prime rib dinner (thank goodness we had a grill to improvise with) since the 1st of the year and the discount helped a lot! I am also a huge fan of their plant selection. They have the BEST air plant selection I have ever seen.
Helpful people. Willing to do anything you ask. Will explain products to you. Willing if possible to come out to your home free of charge, if you experience a problem with a product purchased or did not understand what to do. They are just good human being.
Awesome! I went to Lowe's because of some horrible customer service at Home Depot. I requested a manager so I could get my purchase done as painlessly as possible. Little did I know that Lowe's actually has the best customer service I have ever had at any store. I was delighted at being treated like I was a valued customer. Our Assistant Manager, Matt was great. He was very efficient, located what we needed and processed our order so we could get on with our day. He knew exactly what he was doing, and within 20 minutes we were finished! What took 3 days and multiple phone calls to Home Depot, took 20 minutes! I was also happily surprised by the free delivery they provide! Wonderful people. Great management. Thanks Matt!
