I saw this van in my neighborhood several times and had kept it on the back burner. Returning from a two week vacation was the straw the broke the camel's back, and my only regret is not having started this sooner. I sent an obnoxious amount of laundry, which essentially included all of our seasonal clothing, plus bedding, blankets and towels. It's important to add that I was SO picky about different instructions that I even called to make sure this was a job they wanted to take on. It was picked up as expected and returned sooner than expected the next day, folded and hanging as instructed. I'm now signed up for weekly service and have been preaching to all of my family friends. Big fan.

I love this service for how convenient and customizable it is. The way this service works is you arrange a pick up on one of the two days that they offer pickup in your neighborhood. You then get your dirty laundry together. You can sort it or you can leave instructions for the capable Laundry Magician team to sort it. You can also leave specific instructions on how you want the load to be treated. They have a great choice of detergents to account for the Natural /Organic customer as well as the ones needing Extra Strong Stain Removal. The thing I love the most about them is the option they provide to fold your clothes. I am a KonMarie organizer and typically folding clothes is the one chore that takes me forever so I find Laundry Magician to be a serious lifesaver. PS: they have a 15 lb minimum. If you ever catch yourself thinking “how am I going to get enough clothes to meet this minimum”, think again. Dirty laundry adds up surprisingly fast!!

I've been using this service for over a year now and love it! I'm a working mom of two and this saves me so much time every week and it's so easy to use. They sent us the laundry bags to put our clothes in, even include another bag for any items with special instructions (I like my shirts to hang dry), we fill them throughout the week and place them on the porch on pick-up day. The next day, they are delivered to my house, perfectly folded or hung, sorted by size. We each take our size bag and take them to our rooms. Yes, my boys even put there own clothes away now!

I was told about Laundry Magician from a friend when I was telling her how many bags and bags and bags of laundry I needed to wash due to mold remediation in our home I was THRILLED to have someone come to my house, pick up the laundry, and return it to my home, AND carry it all in. Great service and very had a handy for laundry in a pinch. They did a great job communicating when my laundry was being picked up or delivered. My laundry came out fresh with a nice clean smell. Only reason I didn't go 5 was because it is a bit pricey. I did have a larger load and it was worth it, but definitely a significant price tag.

I scheduled Laundry Magician in a pinch - the piles were a mile high and I needed to get all of it done. I was able to schedule a next day pick up at about 9pm at night since, they would be in my area and it was back to me in 24 hours. Now to just put it all away. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and extremely helpful! I only didn't give 5 stars because I haven't put all of it away yet to know if everything I sent came back in the same condition.

My comforter was in need of a wash. I went to a big name dry cleaner and they told me their usual turn around was four days but, due to high volume, they would need to keep my item for a week! A quick Google search led me to Laundry Magician. I was able to sign up and book a pick-up in my neighborhood for the very next day. This long overdue chore was out of sight, out of mind within 48 hours for $30 - no extra trips, sleeping a week without a comforter, or hours spent at the commercial laundromat. With no minimum monthly order/pick-up schedule, I can request them at my need and will absolutely be outsourcing my bedding needs to them for the foreseeable future.

Clothes are clean and folded nicely. Very helpful customer service. My only complaints are the plastic bags they came back in smell a little like cigarettes. Luckily the clothes do not. Also, I don’t know how to describe how I like things folded, so although they are folding nicely, they aren’t “my way” so I still had to re-fold. Overall a great service!

This is an amazing service. If you are short on time and laundry falls to the bottom of your list each week this place is for you. I can't say enough good things about this service. I started working more hours back in January and this has been a life saver. The website to set everything up is super easy and convenient. They send reminder texts the day before pick up. They also text you a 1-hour time frame to let you know when they will be there to pick up and drop off your clothes. I can log into my account and set all my preferences for what detergent I want, how I want things folded, etc. They also send a separate bag for any items that need special attention (like a stain) and will do their best to get it out. Seriously, they have thought every part of the process through. My husband was a little hesitant when I first wanted to do this, but now he even talks about how great it is. If you try this you won't be disappointed.

So. These reviews must all be fake. I had the service for about two months. I moved into a place and got signed up. First I had problems getting set up. Then I was told that I received my welcome kit , which I never did. Then I signed up for my clothes to be washed twice a week and you can select how you want things washed and folded. The first wash was great, maybe to keep me coming back. Second wash was terrible. My whites were not bleached like I requested and had clearly been washed with coloreds. I complained and they told me they were bleached and I must be confused. I have been washing my own clothes since I was about 10 I know what bleached whites look like. Also it was basically the same items as last time and they looked completely dirty still and worse since they had been washed with colors. Next problem, they charge you $8 per item if its larger than clothing. So I wash my blankets weekly. I'm paying for a service that I want and need, so money is not a problem as I know its cost. But when things go wrong they need to be fixed not just refunded or given up on. You already charged my card just fix the problem. Last time I had my covers washed they came back folded but dirty. I tried emailing and calling never heard back. I finally did when I was working, I own a store. She left me a rude voicemail and told me that my cover was washed and that they manger personally washed it. I don't care who "washed it" it was never washed and it smells worse that before like it was just sitting with dirty clothes. While everything else smells amazing. All I wanted was my blanket washed that I paid to get washed. She told me that she was closing my account and that was it. Never got a refund never got a real apology and thats it. Do not use this service, they only have excuses for anything they do wrong and they don't close your doors or gates when they leave. They also never pick up or drop off when they say they will.

For me it's the ease and convenience of just putting the supplied bag full of dirty laundry by my front door, to have it bagged folded and fresh and clean the next day without the time and effort of going to the laundromat with a fist full of quarters. Our experience with Laundry Magician has been wonderful! I was looking for a way to help a friend during a busy time in their life and Laundry Magician has helped me provide that help! The staff called soon after my online service request was submitted, thoroughly explained the entire process, confirmed my laundry choices (clothes folded or on hangers, and type of detergent and fabric softener). The welcome packet arrived the next day and we were set. We love the text messages that tell us when the laundry was picked up and the timeframe it will be delivered is great! I recently used Laundy Magician for their laundry services. I like the idea of family owned business and the young man who picked up my laundry was very polite and professional. I've tried three services at this time and I would rate them the best out of all the providers. I Have already scheduled another pick up. My payment even declined because my bank didn't recognize the merchant and placed a fraud block on my card but they were professional about my payment. I failed to read the terms and conditions like most consumers and I assumed they'd send the invoice prior to charging my card however they don't. I would like my invoice first but I can live with this. I test every provider with my children's clothing and my boyfriends disgusting sweaty clothing. The clothes smelled lovely and my daughters clothes stains were removed. I'm very satisifed.

This is an excellent, easy to use service. They pick up laundry one day and return it the next.... how much better can it get?! You can select what type of detergent you want, what temp they should wash clothes at, and specify just about every other aspect of washing/drying/folding, down to how do you want your socks folded. The drycleaning and laundry both were picked up and dropped off smoothly. They shipped me a bag which I can use for laundry items and another for dry cleaning...the bags arrived after the pickup so I had to use my own plastic bags but the person helped organize it so all came back perfect. The bags did arrive by post and I'll use them next time. Plus I accidentally left an item in my shirt and it came back with my items safe. Good service and good results. I'd recommend.
