The lady during the day is absolutely wonderful! The lady at night is rude to say the least I asked for change and handed her money she put mine on the counter..this is rude in any industry...several of the washers are still broken and I had 2 that would continuously say reselect cycle and she acted like it was my fault that it was that way...she also put an out of order sign on one of the machines I used after the fact of me putting my wash in...like I wouldn’t have put money in if I had seen the sticky note clearly over the change slot....I was going to have them do my laundry because I work so much and she tried to quote me double the price as what was on the sign per load...I will never ever go back here while she is there...

this laundry mat has went down hill only had 5 washers that work the other 20 or 30 were broke I had to leave and get my clothes done somewhere else.

Under new management, but every time we go at least 2 more washers are out of order, this has been going on for 2 months for our visits. It is clean but that's if you can find a washer that works.

Absolutely terrible,most of the machines were out of order,their $4.50 extra large washers are smaller than a regular size washer. I will never be back!!!!

The staff at Dukes are wonderful, but...this laundromat has probably ovwr 3/4 of the machines broken and have been that way for months!! You drag your laundry to this business only to have to either wait for over an hour or more for a washer, and then try to beat someone to the few dryers that are working!!! It is under new ownership for a few months now and nothing has been fixed except new paint, ceiling tiles and tvs! We Don't come there to watch tv, we come there to wash our clothes and with all of the broken machines , washers and dryers, that's not happening! You are losing a lot of customers.

PLEASE!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time going there there is only like 2 working washers and i looked in one washer and there were two moldy towels i mean moldy towels. staff don't do anything they just sit back in the back and look at you. ITS NASTY
