This is a great laundry if you enjoy dealing with an owner who is rude and condescending. My daughter called earlier today to ask if they were open regular hours, and if so, when the last load had to be in. The woman said yes, regular hours and last load in by 10 p.m. We arrived at 9:30 & found the back door locked. We walked around front and entered only to have the "owner" say he was closing - he had a life too. He was standing in front of a sign that read "last load - 9:40 pm." I looked at my cell phone and the time was 9:36. He grudgingly told us to put our laundry in, so I put $15 on the required card, which already had a balance over $4. Apparently, the initial interaction wasn't sufficient for him and he traveled the length of the laundromat to launch into us again. I asked if he was accusing us of lying. My daughter explained in detail her earlier conversation, to which he replied, "she hasn't closed in a long time." Obviously, if we were provided incorrect information, that wasn't our fault. Regardless, we were there BEFORE the posted last load time. We decided we didn't want to stay one minute longer than necessary and started to unload our three washers. We started all three precisely the same way, but the clothes in one were not even wet. He announced that "you had to push the buttons for the machine to work." We told him that we did and he said, "well, sometimes machines don't work." I said that I had never seen such horrible customer service and that I would make sure everyone knew about his lack of professionalism.

Way too expensive to do laundry here. 3 loads and a comforter, 30 bucks later, clothes still aren't dry. I will say it is very clean though, at least that's a plus

First time using their wash and fold service. Our washer wasn't working and we were desperate for clean uniforms and work clothes. It was A LOT of clothes, but we were assured that if we came back before closing (10pm) they would be done. Well, they were half done. I was told at pickup that the employee who received the order and promised the work would be done was new and didn't realize it would take so long. We were able to get enough clothes to get by and pick the rest up later, but I feel that if you are going to charge me $240 (and accept a $30 tip) to do a job and give me a deadline, you should meet that deadline. It is unlikely that I will return for business at those high rates and what can be classified at best as "hit-or-miss" service.

Lost half of my summer and office clothes there. According to the owner, someone stole my laundry. I requested the video surveillance from that day but the owner is unwilling to cooperate. Completely inconsiderate and apathetic woman.

They don't use coins, even though it says COIN in the name, and make you buy a card and all the BS of only filling it when their machines work. #Lame

I drive from Winchester just to do my laundry here on my day off we have a laundry mat in Winchester but it’s just terrible so I gladly drive to either Chevy Chase or Suds and Duds because having clean machines that work properly, free WiFi and attendants that are very helpful and always have a smile on their face is soo very worth the short drive from Winchester to lexington Thx girls, keep up the good work!!! See ya soon!!

I worked there and miss it a lot also miss the customer's and I do my laundry there it is the cleanest laundromat in town that's a fact.The owners are great people and fair to their employees to an existent.Miss you guys!

Nice place. Easy to get in and out of. Wish you could do blankets in anything besides the $4 machines and then sometimes the dryers don't heat up. Takes credit cards though.

I love this laundromat. It’s always clean and the attendants are always helpful and polite. Clothes wash and dry in a very decent time. The only complaint I have is that they NEVER turn the heat on in that place. In neither one of their locations. I know, I know, once the dryers start running it will warm up, but that’s neitger here nor there. What if we are the only two people (my husband and I) that are there? I’ve been in there and it’s been so cold I could see my breath! Again, the laundromat is immaculate and very well priced and spacious. If they would turn on the heat when it’s needed it would be great!

very clean, modern, big, and good atmosphere. They have wifi so you can use your devices and all the machines always work with no problems. A bit expensive but you can use credit/debit card which is a plus for me. Across the street from Starbucks so you can go get your favorite drink while you wait for your clothes. Totally recommended!!

The washing machine doesn't dispense hot water (at best lukewarm), and the dryer doesn't get hot enough. The cost to wash ($2.50) and dry (30 cents for 5 minutes) isn't a good deal in comparison to other laundromats. I give this laundromat 1 star only because of its convenient location.

Went on a Sunday in the evening. Around 3. I was there for two hours. Fyi don't dry your clothes on anything but high, it doesn't warm up like at all. 2.95 for a top load washer. You have to use their card, not your own or change. They have a random tanning bed, but I believe in skin cancer so I didn't even try. Wifi was locked and the password wasn't anywhere visible. The attendant left 30 minutes after I got there and never came back. The restrooms were both out of toilet paper. I do have to say, the facility was very clean though. So it gor its stars there. I wouls reccomend a differwnt place, but this will do if your regular is too crowded like mine.

My husband and I use this laundry mat. We really like it. It's clean, nice laundry attendants, and no coins necessary. We use a chevy chase card. One we couldn't get a parking spot and went to the other chevy chase laundry mat on Richmond rd. But the downfall to that, was the card couldn't be used at both places. That was inconvenient. But we usually are able to get a parking space around back. Another plus is Kroger is close and we are able to get some shopping done while waiting for our clothes to dry.

Put in your laundry and head to Starbucks out the front door or Athenian Grill out the back. 3 or 4 different sizes of washers to choose from.

We have used this location many times without an issue. I dropped off a comforter with the attendant yesterday around 12:30pm and was told we could pick up after 5 pm same day. Great news for me right? Well I was wrong. I returned that evening at 6:45pm to retrieve my comforter. The attendant on duty could not locate it. Wait, what? You lost my comforter? Did you give it to someone else? After 15 minutes of calling around she was told to tell me that it’s probably in the managers office. Really??? I was told that the manager would be calling me this morning and would deliver to my house. Well this did not happen as I received a call from the smart ass attendant that took my laundry who said you need to come pick it up. Absolutely zero empathy has been shown from line level to managers to ownership. We will definitely take our business elsewhere and will recommend others do the same!

Owner needs to fix the credit card scanner. It's not been scanning credit cards correctly for several months. Staff tried to say it was my credit card, which is brand new btw. Other than that this business is always very clean.

Prices are a bit high, compared to other laundromats outside of high commerce areas, but is not excessive. There is a jukebox available for music selection while clothes are laundered... Free Wi-Fi is accessible with as guest login password located on the back window.

It's a very clean, large laundromat with a variety of sizes of machines. The staff is great! You use a reloadable card for all their machines. I've always had to use the dryers on high, because anything below that and my clothes don't dry. But I do large loads, so your mileage may vary.
