I booked an appointment online on Sunday, and promptly received a phone call Monday to schedule my carpet cleaning. Mike and his son were extremely professional, courteous, and polite. They arrived on time, verified the services I had requested, and got right to work. I own a Bissell steam cleaner, and had already cleaned the carpets, however, between the normal wear and tear of children and cats, including one who pees outside the litter box, my carpets still didn't look or smell very clean. The cat urine soiled areas were identified and treated (PURT), and all of the carpeting cleaned. The carpeting looks almost brand new! I am just amazed at how fresh and clean the carpeting looks. The soiled area definitely smells much better as well. I was told it would take up to 36 hours for the smell to dissipate completely. I am very hopeful that the smell is completely gone now. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost of the treatment and cleaning. I was expecting hundreds of dollars, but the price was extremely reasonable. And thankfully, they take credit cards as well. I highly recommend Chem-dry to anyone needing carpet cleaning and/or pet stain removal. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Chem-dry of Louisville!

Hands down, the BEST service. It's been right around a year since Chem-Dry came out to clean my home office and bedroom that my senior dog had made her own via incontinence. I purchased the PURT system and I am beyond impressed. I thought for sure I'd have to replace the carpets. A year later and the smell has not returned, not even on humid days. I can lie on the floor and play with my other dogs with no trace of odor. I would use this service again and again!

We recently bought a house and the sellers left it very dirty especially the basement carpet. We planned to remodel the first floor so we were going to live in the basement. Replacing basement carpet was not in our budget. I asked around about carpet cleaning companies. My friends daughter said we should give Chem-Dry of Louisville a try. She used them and was very pleased. I didn't think the very soiled carpet could be cleaned to satisfy me but I gave them a try and couldn't believe the good results. Chem-Dry did a great job. He was very thorough and I didn't have soaking wet carpet. It dried very quickly and budget friendly.

Chem dry is magical and the only company I will have clean my carpets. Many of u know how nasty my store carpeting gets, but putting in hardwood or anything else is very time consuming, and difficult to install as some of my cabinets are not movable. I learned from chem dry that the dirt and black spots I get is from dirt, bonding to soap residue..( prior to using chem dry) they use no soap with nasty artificial odors... the chemical that cleans has no smell, and the cleaning is fabulous.... and if I were really on top of things, when the carpet does get a spill or a black spot on it, all I really need to do is scrub lightly with a clean white rag. Gone. In tough times I have also used my personal " shampooer" and only put water in it, and the results were astounding! Water was disgusting! So I can't say enough about Chem dry except to use them!!!!
