I could not speak more highly of Pat and his Servpro team!! They saved our basement from extensive damage due to their responsiveness and knowledge. Out sump pump failed to work after many days of heavy rains where much of our town had water concerns. Pat's team was quick to respond and due to their timely work getting to our home, we had minimal damage. They were able to dry our walls in a very short amount of time. I can not thank Pat and Servpro enough!!!

I've worked with SERVPRO of NE Wichita for close to a decade as an insurance agent. My first interaction with the team came when an elderly client had a pipe burst in their home and could not find the water shut off. Servpro's competitors couldn't make it to her house, but Pat (the owner) dropped everything and went out there to help her out. I don't know if there was any work beyond that, but his empathy and compassion to help this lady out spoke volumes. I've trusted this SERVPRO with losses since then and have never been disappointed.

Quick to clean and take care of the issue. However, ensure to get your quote on paper prior to agreeing to their services. I was quoted $170 less only to find out the price magically increased when they came to pick up their equipment. Get a quote ON PAPER and not from the owners mouth (in person after installing their equipment from the OWNER Patrick).

Talked to owner, Patrick, on the phone about needing the evaporator coils cleaned. I was very specific and told him an HVAC company referred me to Servpro and told him that pet hair was clogging the coils and causing furnace to shut down. He came out, looked at it, told me it would be $250 to clean them because they were difficult to get to. He did come out but only cleaned the top of the coils, not the underside, which was the problem. Still charged me $250 even after I told him that this wasn't what I expected. I feel completely ripped off and even though I talked with him after he left, I can't believe he didn't understand what I wanted. I will never use this company again.

Michael Butler, of ServPro, responded promptly to my phone call, and completed our home inspection the same day. He was courteous and professional. After inspecting our areas of concern, he concluded we do not have a mold problem, so did not try to sell me unnecessary services. He even provided the name of another business with expertise in moisture issues, in case we decide to investigate further remediation.

My basement flooded due to a sump pump failure and I found it when I got home from work. I contacted Servpro and they were out one hour later extracting water and starting the drying out process. I was extremely impressed with their efficiency, their knowledge and compassion.

We have used ServPro twice for our rental property. Both times they were extremely attentive to our needs. The basement had a huge leak and we called ServPro and they came out within 2 hours and went right to work to get the moldy wall and carpet removed. Michael Butler and his crew were fantastic and accommodating to us and the renters. I will always call ServPro for restoration needs. They also checked our roof and mentioned there was roof damage. We called our insurance company and sure enough we did receive damage from a storm. Because ServPro cares, we will have a roof put on next week. Thanks for a great and caring company in our community. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We had water in our basement on Easter. I called ServPro of Northeast Wichita and they responded immediately -- EVEN WITH IT BEING A HOLIDAY!! Pat and his Team took care of my house as if it was his own. My husband an I have crazy busy schedules and they made it hassle free; we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! I live in an older home and this is the third time Pat and Team have helped in what could have been a horrible situation. Thanks Pat and Team!!

Altho Servpro did take great care of my antiques that I specifically pointed out, I had several items missing when my things were returned so use great caution. The job they did inside my home as far as soot removal was apalling. We did better with a 2 dollar bottle of cheap wall cleaner and a rag. When returning an antique table they failed to put the screws back in the top so when I went to move the table over the top tipped spilling a 30 year old jug my late husband had bought me and smashing it. Their response was that there was never any screws in it. Hmmmm... Many things too long to list of the same type.Please use caution. I felt like that once the once the insurance comp. paid them they didn't want to deal with me any more. Like I was a fly they were swatting at. Just make sure you get all your things back.

The Servpro guys came out way after they closed to help me out with my flooding basement.They were out quick after I called and Pat the owner was there to walk me through the process. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience with Servpro and while I hope I never need their services again I would not hesitate to call them again.

Before they put any equipment in your home, GET THEM TO PUT PRICE ON PAPER. Had a water pipe break and flood the house, so I needed to dry my house out. With problems with insurance was hoping to pay them directly. Wanted to keep the price affordable, which they said could be done. When Sean came out, he said he was not able to put exact numbers on paper until he started, so I let them start. Both girlfriend and I asked for 1 day rental, and once they saw I was willing to pull carpet out of basement to speed dryout, they said $500. Wanted to bring in more equipment to dry hardwood floor, but I needed to clear things with insurance first. (Still fighting and not sure if I will have them involved or just self pay) Before leaving said he could leave equipment for 3 days for the $500. To this i agreed, but I should have gotten in writing. After 24 hours, I turned most of the fans down or off as humidity was down to about 30%. Sean stopped by once to turn things back on and the humidity stayed about the same till Monday. Monday when picking up said that it had reported to corporate so it would be $800. And 2 weeks later, received bill from them for the amount of $1350. For 6 fans and 2 dehumidifiers... If you have a flood, assess your damage, start water clean up ASAP, if needing a claim, call insurance, but if not, call rental company for fans and dehumidifiers. Hardware stores you may be able to buy dehumidifiers not as powerful, but sure beats the price, even if you buy several of them. If it's catastrophic, then yes call them, they did more then what was adequate to dry, but rental delivery/pickup is all they really did for me.
